Tasty and Small Amount of Sugar
I buy these on a continuous basis. When I don’t have time for a big breakfast, one of these will satisfy me until lunch. They have very little sugar and 10 grams of protein.

Almost great
Flavors are unusual, and they're a little expensive

Delicious, low calories and high protein treat
I am not usually a fan of high protein bars, but these are so delicious! If you are looking for a high protein treat, I would recommend. There is no yucky protein taste, instead it tastes like a rice krispy treat.

Tastes like chemicals
I usually order their salted caramel protein bar, and it’s packed very well when being sent to Florida so that it arrives intact. This bar was mailed in a plastic bag. The box was broken open in all of the bars were melted against the paper. So for me, everything tasted like chemicals and the icing was melted against the wrapper. But from what I can tell, this particular bar taste like caramel chemicals.

Great Krispy Treat
They used to sell these at COSTCO in a 20 pack, with 2 flavors, salted Caramel and Vanilla. Both were good, I mean, sweet treat, take me back to when I was 10, inhaling a grandma made Rice Krispy Treat good. But like a lot of things COSTCO seems to have stopped and now I get them here. Price is a bit higher than COSTCO was, but they still make a nice KETO friendly snack here and there. Think Rice Krispy Treat with a little sweet kick.
