Can you store the reformer vertical?

Completely vertical can not, to slightly tilt a little can.

My husband is 6ft 4 in. Tall and 285 lb, can he fit length wise? And weight wise too? Can the tower be purchased separately and added to this model?

The weight is not a problem and most of the movements are fine in terms of length, but some stretches are not always successful. The tower can be purchased separately afterwards.

Where was this rebuild machine shipped from?

My shipping information showed that it was shipped from a warehouse in Ontario, LA. After placing the order, I was contacted by email from their company, I provided a valid address and contact information, and the driver set up a delivery time with me prior to delivery, which took one week from the time I placed the order to the time I received the product. I live in TX.
