Unworkable for any meaningful time.
I bought this item (VEVOR Commercial Food Warmer Display, 3 Tiers, 1800W Pizza Warmer w/ 3D Heating 3-Color Lighting Bottom Fan, Countertop Pastry Warmer w/Temp Knob Display 0.6L Water Tray, Stainless Frame Glass Doors…) three times because I needed it. The first one worked for a while but then stopped working. I bought a second one, and it worked for about two months. The second one did the same thing. The third one was replaced after working for about two months. The replacement lasted two weeks. Vevor knows this equipment is substandard and unsuitable for the American market. Yet, this company sells this equipment and deals with the consequences later. The real issue is that you cannot find any parts to repair the warmer, and no one can point you in the right direction to assist with the repair. Buyer beware.

Bought two and both seem refurbished
Broken pieces of glass everywhere. Bent metal not worth the effort. Very disappointed with this purchase. Seems like this was refurbished.

It’s good product but when open from the box few things were damaged. One of the light was bent and one the glass edges broken. One side it has dent and top part is little bent

Heating Tube/Element Defective
**UPDATE** DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! FIRE RISK! Company sent me a replacement unit in May 2024. It is now October 2024 and the same thing happened again. I almost had another fire at my restaurant because of this garbage. Amazon should remove this vendor! Bought this product in August 2023 and use it daily at my restaurant. This week the heating tube malfunctioned, shorted out and as a result I almost had a fire at my restaurant with customers in the building. Pictures show the hole in the heating tube from where it exploded and how it burned the counter. Obviously I received a defective product. Vevor support wants to send out a new element from somewhere overseas that will take 10-15 days just to get a tracking number, and expects me to repair the unit myself which is unacceptable. I should receive a refund or a new unit. They are providing no explanation as to how and why this happened and no guarantees that it won't happen again.
