I bought this knife for my boyfriend who is a meat cutter and he says it is absolutely amazing. The blade holds its edge 10× better than any other blade he has or has used. He said it slides through the primals with absolute ease. He has been using this blade exclusively since receiving it for father's day this year. The craftsmanship of this blade is phenomenal.

Nice knife

This knife is a razor. You could literally shave with it. It’s well balanced and did I mention it’s sharp. You can just show it to an onion and the onion will start crying.

Can't wait to buy more in the Valhalla line. First I purchased the non bull nose 10 inch. But the bull gives me the ability to PUSH DOWN because I don't have hand strength enough to just bear down on the sharp edge. I really appreciate that extra metal. Handle is a joy to hold and pretty. Sorry the non Valhalla plastic black blue Night Shark line, just isn't my cup of tea (though nice and lightweight). The Neg is the poor quality vinyl sheath. Like other reviewers mine too has a strap that's already falling apart.

The handle is not the comfiest

For the price point, this series of knives is absolutely fantastic. I spend a lot of time in the kitchen and decided to treat myself with some decent cutlery, and Dalstrong did not disappoint. I now own four of these knives, and plan on buying quite a few more. Highly recommend.

Good sign it's a sharp knife, bad that the strap is cut. Think whoever sheathed it knicked the strap without realizing. But im happy so far. Will try them out at the bbq this weekend and update accordingly.

This knife is a beast. All my knives are Dalstrong, don’t waste your time looking at other knives, it’s a no brainer, you’ll love the handles on the Valhalla series everyone is different. Buy this you won’t be disappointed.

Woo hoo! Couldn't but this from their website. I purchased for.my mates birthday. It cost a little more because through Amazon but they got it here before the day when the maker and supplier doesn't ship to Australia. I had to wait for him to open it to see the knife itself, but it met and exceeded expectations!! Thank you so much for helping this happen!
