Beautiful Macaw
I bought this macaw back in September and Iโm just now getting around to writing a comment about it. He is absolutely beautiful. Heโs very large, made of metal, and painted and beautiful bold colors. He looks exactly like Jose in the Timiroom at Disneyland. Heโs a very impressive guy to be sure. So glad I bought him.

Great Product
I received this as a gift and was very happy how well it was made. Easy to assemble and hangable. Looks great in my avocado tree. I did put a layer of clear coat on to protect it from the elements. The colors and attention to detail make this product a great value for the money.

Beautiful colors on this parrot Couldn't wait for spring to hang it outside cause I absolutely love it! Just got back from vacation at a Margaritaville resort and had to have a parrot for my porch!

Broken
The 3 stars are for that is like the picture. It's the perfect size that I was looking for. The colors are bright and vibrant. The negative 2 stars is because multiple pieces of the tail were chipped off and broken. This item came wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a box inside the Amazon box, which arrived in perfect condition. So this tells me that it was broken at the seller's warehouse and shipped like this. Luckily the broken tail is facing a tree so no one can see it. But employees need to handle fragile items more carefully

Size and product
Not great value for the price I paid for it. Would like a full return as itโs small. I just took this item to our postal service and the cost was going to be $28 to return it. Iโm very disappointed that you are now charging prime members to pay for returns. I can no where find that it was going to be a third party sale and I would have to pay for the return. Can you please explain this situation to me and why do you not let your customers know and the return policy on some items.
