Very hard for me to unscrew the holder, any recommendations? Tried a little cooking oil, but it didn’t work.  Otherwise it’s great.

Hi, we recommend making sure, when twisting to lock in the Bully Stick, to confirm the threading is aligned correctly. At times, if the threading is inserted at an angle, it can make it difficult to twist closed/open and may cause damage to the thread. How do I go about getting a warranty replacement? Bought just over a month ago and the threads are so stripped won’t even hold a bully stick anymore.

What Bully stick brand fits the big opening? My current brand is way to small for the big opening, very disappointed!

Hi, although we cannot recommend a specific brand, bully sticks can vary in size and shape. We recommend referencing our size guide in image 4 at the top of our listing. We do offer two sizes for our Chew Champ. Our small size, which is for 10-30 lbs. dogs, can fit at minimum .4" and maximum .6". For our large size, which is for 30+ lbs. dogs, the minimum size bully stick would be .4" and maximum is .8". This guide can help you when determining what size bully stick to purchase!
