Expedition Foods Scrambled Egg, Potato and Mixed Peppers (800kcal)

These are tasty, filling and easy to re-hydrate. bought 8 for an upcoming trip. The big 1000K meals get split and turned into 2 normal meals.

I bought a few of these for my 150miles backpacking trek as breakfast meals. The instructions are clear and give you a precise amount of boiling water to add.After adding the water and leaving it to cook for the allotted 8 mins, I ended up with very watery and bland meal. No real flavour and a struggle to finish.I tryed a second time using less water and the meal had a better consistency but no improvement in taste. I would not recommend this
