Absolutely amazing. I can’t have normal Ramon because of the gluten and the soy they use in almost all the seasoning. Pair this with clean Ramon seasoning you can also get on Amazon and it’s good. Throw in some onions, garlic, ham (or favorite protein), and mushrooms; and it is amazing. Easy 20 minutes to prep a meal for an entire family. And it tastes amazing. And it is very versatile; you can build whatever kind of noodle dish you want. And if you don’t overcook it, the texture is exactly like regular Ramon.

These are nice noodles for home made ramen. We use bone broth most of the time to add some nutrient value along with a bunch of vegies and spices.

No nutritional information anywhere, but product arrived not crushed and broken as other reviews reported. Nutritional information is required. I have two children with type 1 diabetes who need insulin for whatever they eat. So I'm not sure what to do with a product that gives no basic information. Very odd actually. Haven't tasted it as we need to know the nutrition.

I am so happy this bulk amount comes individually wrapped! Safer and better for these to remain fresh. However, for me, they were in crumbs. Not all of them but more than half of them. Mostly the ones on the bottom half. I would love to make a small suggestion, maybe put a layer of thin bubble wrap on the bottom, sides and top to prevent them smashing around. I appreciate the instructions and the best by date. This is my favorite ramen, so I’ll have to buy more when I run out. For anyone wondering the serving size is 1/2 of the ramen. So essentially a full piece of ramen cooked will run you 260 calories. It’s a darn good ramen, that I can eat without food allergies affecting me now! I cook on low for a good 5-8 minutes to get the texture I want and it reminds me of the gluten filled ramen noodles I once used to eat. If you’re new to eating gluten free, it will taste different, it takes time to get used to that huge dietary change Ultimately I would recommend them, if you’re unsure how they’ll taste get the smaller box first which is what I did. Tastes amazing with great texture. Just like regular ramen!! The box came pretty damaged and I thought for sure that they would all be crumbs. Especially, because other reviews had mentioned that issue. I was pleased to find them all intact and surrounded with a layer of bubble wrap. I definitely recommend!!

These are wonderful. They cook quickly and are quite sturdy in broth compared to some other gluten free pastas. Also a nice silky texture not gummy or grainy. I will definitely keep these stocked in my pantry.

These are amazing! I took a chance and bought them on others good reviews. Honestly they are so much better than expected. Great texture, they do not turn to mush or get grainy. I think they are pretty much fool proof. A healthy option to make your own gluten free ramen. Yes they are a bit pricey, but totally worth it for the quality. I will continue to purchase.
