I really like this probiotic. I've tried several over the years. This one seems to keep me the most regular and least bloated. I feel like it takes a week or so before you see/feel the benefits. I just with the price was better 🫣

I love these. Not only is it a great probiotic but also works so well for vaginas health, total difference. I ran out once and forgot to buy more. I noticed about a week later. Discharge wasn't the same, felt like I had a foul odor. But after being back on about 2 weeks later I was back with feeling confident.

One of my physicians utilizes supplements a lot, and while she has specific favorites from different brands, she has two brands that she most trusts and depends on, for pretty much everything they offer. I’ve tried probiotics for women, at least 5+ formulations, over the years, and I’ve had some success in the past, but this is the best one I’ve found, yet. We have a lot more choices than we did 15+ years ago. This is a shelf-stable probiotic, it doesn’t need to be refrigerated. It has a comprehensive list of 8 probiotic strains for female health and balance. It’s all Lactobacillus, including acidophilus, the old favorite. I highly recommend this product, I take one, daily.

I like it so far. I feel like it's helping my gut and does not cause stomach upset

I started taking a priobiotic in my 40s on the advice of one doctor to better support my gut health. Thorne was well reviewed based on the ingredients and testing. However, I also saw a post that said if there was not a clear medical reason (like low lab values) or a significant difference in how you feel ona supplement, that it is likely not worth it. So I let this lapse for a couple weeks and actually did feel different! More constipation and just general ick, so I am back on it.
