How much taller do these boots make you? Insole height?

Roughly 1" in the heel when you are standing in them. They are pretty squishy insoles, so your weight can affect the height a bit. I'm 180 lbs. The heel is about 1.5" uncompressed I would estimate.

What is warrenty on these boots?

You will not need to worry about a warranty. They are good boots. Buy them and enjoy !
