Really good quality & solidly built. Really quite easy to fit - the 2 sides fit together via telescoping sleeves & all screws required were provided. One small caveat being that because this can accommodate a 40-80cm thick door you have to cut the screws to size screws provided. took a bit of elbow grease with a hacksaw, but the finished product was definitely worth it. Would recommend.

I needed a new letter box because mine old broke down (over enthusiastic mail person). First one arrive after two days but it was broken out of the box and I had to returned. I suspect Amazon's shenanigans since it wasn't first time I received product that was broken and looked like it was repacked and just sent to the next customer. I needed to reorder it again. It arrived again after two days this time in working order. I'm very pleased with the product as it is. It is high quality product that looks stunning on my door. Over all I'm very please with the way everything was handled.

It's well built and looks like it will last a while. The biggest problem I had was that the plastic "funnel" section that runs between the inside and outside plates was too long for the thickness of my door, so I had to cut a strip off the edges on both the inner and outer parts. This wasn't particularly easy, and I used a Dremel tool for the job although it could also be done with a hacksaw and a bit of patience. Of course this meant there was no way I could've returned it, so if you need to do the same thing make sure you measure twice and think about it for a while over a cup of tea before measuring again, and only then chop it up to fit.

Solid metal opener, front and back rather than flimsy plastic/metal combo. Easy to install. Can't fault in any way. Much happier with the quality, look and installation with the unit it was replacing.

As other have said, it comes with no instructions. With a bit of measuring I worked out what length to cut the screws down to. You need a hacksaw for this. Its been installed for over a month now and worked fine.

Good looking good quality letterbox replacement easy to fit, although you might need to cut the internal channels to size depending on thickness of your door. Will attach either by 4 corner screws on each face or by two interlocking bolts which are supplied.

Great letter box, very quick to install. However the stickers they place over both of the flaps took four times longer than the installation and have left the satin surface of the flap marbled.

Good quality product, ease to install, as long as you have a hacksaw, and are able to cut down the bolts to length. It fits different thicknesses of door, so obviously you need to do a little bit of "fitting" yourself!
