An excellent supplement for recovery and overall wellness
I’ve been taking Solgar L-Glutamine 1000 mg for a few weeks, and I can really feel the difference. It’s a premium-quality supplement, perfect for those who work out regularly or want to improve digestive and mental health. The tablets are easy to swallow, have no unpleasant taste or odor, and digest smoothly. It’s helped me recover faster after workouts, reduce muscle fatigue, and even improve focus and gut health. L-GLUTAMINE!!!,,, FOR MUSCLES TOUGH AND LEAN!!!
I always wondered why bodybuilders swallow L-Glutamine by the handful. And so I decided to check it out. The label on the Solgar bottle says: "L-Glutamine is a major fuel source for intestinal, immune, and brain cells". Wow! And if that isn't enough reason to recommend it,,, "It also comprises nearly 60% of the body's total free amino acid muscle pool." PLUS,,, it regulates nitrogen transport to and from muscle tissue, thereby promoting amino acid balance." AND,,, this Solgar formulation provides Free Form L-Glutamine for optimal absorption and assimilation." So now I know why it's a favorite of bodybuilders...and now, one of mine as well.

Just what I needed, FINALLY
This supplement changed my life. I have been working on my digestive health for 10 years and this plus some additional diet changers were the last things I needed to finally get everything settled! Still take it twice a day and plan to forever.

Not Sure That These Are Legit
I have used this product for many years. However, the first and only time I ordered it through Amazon, it contained a mix of yellowish tablets and white tablets. Before this, they’ve always been uniformly white. The expiration date is 08/2022 and the bottle seemed to be properly sealed. Also, the size of tablet seemed a tad different from the size of the tablets in the bottle that I already had. I’m uncomfortable taking this, so I will return it.

Faydasını fark etmedim
İki aydır kullanıyorum, sanki biraz kabızlık yapıyor gibi, faydasının farkına varamadım.
