Spigen Tempered Glass Screen Protector [Glas.tR EZ Fit] designed for Galaxy S23 Plus (2023) [Case Friendly] - 2 Pack

I am very happy with this product. I installed this screen protector on a S23 Plus. -Installation: The instructions were very easy to follow and resulted in a very smooth, clean application. The includeed applicator made installation a breeze as the film is already in place and you simply remove the protective layers. Initially, there were a few bubbles but the squeegee tool made quick work of them. There was one minor blemish that the squeegee couldn't resolved. I was disappointed. It looked almost like a watermark or fisheye defect (like something had gotten under the film somehow. However, that disappeared overnight. Now, the result is perfect. I expected this to have a cutout for the front facing camera, but it does not. I could be misremembering another cover that I was considering. The installation took less than 5 mins and most of that was cleaning (to ensure good adhesion and no crap under the film) and waiting for allotted time per the instructions. -Fit and Finish: See above Installation notes about the bubble and blemish (which later disappeared). The surface is very smooth and hard to discern as a screen cover (unless you look for the edge which of course you'll notice it). The end result is great. The alignment on the phone is great and fits with the Hosgor case (see below, unless Amazon removes the link) with no interference. Fingerprints/swipes are not readily visible unless you have greasy fingers. The film wipes clean easily as needed. The protector does affect the touchscreen responsiveness as far as the fingerprint scanning is concerned. I noticed a very slight lag and a very mild increase in false reads. The false reads tend to result in the "press harder" instruction as it's trying to read the print. I assume the lag is a result of the slight variation in reading that occurs due to the protector film. When using the phone without the protector, the fingerprint read was near instant. Now, it is about 1/4-1/2 second (this is just an estimate, it is still quick). It is noticeable, but not significant (for me). I haven't noticed any inaccuracies in typing and I don't do intensive gaming on my phone so I can't comment on any negative effect there. Overall: I would purchase this item again. The very minor "issues" are more than overcome by the price, ease of installation and the piece of mind the protection affords. Since it comes with 2 protectors (including applicator and supplies), I don't expect I will need to for a while. The phone rep recommended a Belkin screen protector, but it was $60 at their store and I couldn't find it on Amazon. It supposedly had very good responsiveness and free replacement (after you paid S/H) if it was broken (it is also a tempered glass film).

I bought this 2-pack in February 2023. It was easy to install following the excellent video instructions. The fit is perfect and seems a great value for the money considering all the installation apparatus that comes with it. My first screen protector lasted until today, 1/9/2025, almost 3 years. It had several small cracks in it, almost invisible, resulting from more than 20 dropped phone incidents. I only replaced it because I had an hour free time and found the box containing the second protector. I would say it is durable based on this experience. My phone screen is good as new. If I have an issue with this new application, I would buy another two pack for sure.

This fits my S23+ perfectly and is a completely seamless fit with the Spigen Thin Fit case. The protector allows smooth finger movement, high transparency, no bubbles, easy install and no issues with fingerprint logins (for me). Others mentioned that they had to redo their fingerprint or had other issues with using fingerprints. But for me I just installed the protector and used my saved fingerprint and it only needed a light touch to use. I didn't even turn on increased touch sensitivity in Setup. Not sure why this works so well for me when others had issues, and even Spigen recommends redoing your fingerprint after installation. The install was easy, but I screwed up the first install because I didn't use the stickers to remove any dust specs before installation. After the install all bubbles were easy to remove except one caused by a dust spec. The second install went even better - no bubbles at all to remove. Oddly the second unit was missing the plastic film that you are supposed to peel off after you remove the installation frame, but this caused no issue. I haven't had this long enough to evaluate longevity, but as of now I highly recommend this protector and also the Thin Fit case (if you don't need heavy duty drop protection). The case is matte black so no fingerprints and the material prevents slipping out of my hand.

I recently upgraded our phones to a Samsung S23 Plus and my wives to a S23. Wanting to keep them in a like new condition and protect them from any damages, I begun a search for a new a screen protector that would fit and work with a phone case installed. Lots of options out there but the one I have found, and love is the Spigen Tempered Glass Protector. I've used and installed several screen protectors and by far this in my opinion is the easiest to install and allows all phone functions to operate as designed. I did read several negative reviews and about issues people had when installing this product and after following the manufactures installation instructions, I'm happy to say, that if followed, and each step done in the order described, the installation is a breeze and looks and works as designed. Complaints of voids or air pockets under the screen protector are not an issue if the cleaning is done properly and we have had no issues with the fingerprint scan function after again following the process as described. I think doing two scans of each finger and the dampening your finger during the scans is part of the magic, and after the prints are captured, the fingerprints are captured fast and with little or no effort to use this function to open your phone. I also wanted these screen protectors to work and fit well with new cases, and also purchased the Spigen Tough Armor Cases for our phones. This combination provides for a great fit and no annoying gap between the protector and case as I have previously had with other brands. I'm so glad I went with the Spigen products and look forward to enjoying our phones and not worrying about damages because of the great quality of these products!

Let's cover the "good", it feels nice, it's smooth, it provides protection for the vast majority of the screen, the part that it covers. Those things unfortunately mean very little if they come at the cost of the usability of your phone. Fingerprint reader reduces to working somewhere between 10% and 30% of the time, so that cool feature of the phone that one pays quite a lot for, that it's a lot nicer to use, goes away. The phone becomes frustrating to unlock, since every time one fails to unlock the phone it's either a 30 second wait or open the phone some other way. Every time an application that unlocks with fingerprint (Think Samsung Pay, so every time you use that to pay for things) you may be denied. Then you will have to go through the effort of finding another way to verify that you're entitled to make a payment. If you use an authentication app then every time you login to something that uses Two Factor Authentication, like your company's corporate systems, you may be denied and have to find another way to authenticate (Not great for presentations). Not maintaining the functioning of the fingerprint reader is as big a failing in a screen protector as making the speaker and microphone work only ten percent of the time would be in a phone. Re-registering the fingerprints while pressing really hard doesn't particularly improve the situation, pressing softly while re-registering fingerprints actively makes it worse. There's another issue, the touch screen sensitivity is also affected. So if you're using an app on the phone then you will have to press harder than usual. A lot harder, three or four times as hard, not just ten or fifteen percent harder. If you're using apps which are time limited (Language learning and the like) then this becomes stressful, not just frustrating. If you're playing games on the phone then forget about it, the expensive device you bought to play games on is rendered not useful for that. In effect it makes your device really frustrating to use as well as unreliable. This is the kind of product that one gets when the designer doesn't understand how the market will use the product and is really just trying to sell something to make a buck. Details which may help the manufacturer to know are : The device this goes onto is really expensive. People use the device this goes on to a lot, so user experience is critical. Some of the same factors that make a screen a good or bad component make a screen protector good or bad. A working product sells for more. It's good points are that it provides protection for most of the screen, it's really easy to install, it's really easy to remove and that it costs less than something that works properly.

Installation was easy with zero bubbles, and it’s held up flawlessly since I put it on. Definitely the best kit I’ve used — durable, responsive, and gives real peace of mind against scratches or drops. Highly recommend.

It's only been a few days but so far I'm absolutely loving this screen protector. The installation could not have been easier. I usually get so frustrated installing these things and never get it lined up perfectly, but with the plastic frame that it comes in that fits right over the phone, it's basically idiot proof. I had a few bubbles but they were very easy to squeegee out. Usually bubbles are very stubborn but not this time. My favorite part is how the screen protector feels to use. My fingers glide over it like freshly sharpened ice skates on a perfectly smooth rink! This is my first time using a glass screen protector. I always used the plastic film types before. So maybe that's how all glass screen protectors are. Either way, I'm never going back! The coverage is also great. It goes as close to the edge of the screen as it can go without interfering with the Pelican Ranger case I'm using. I have had no issues at all with the fingerprint reader. Since it's only been a few days I can't comment on the durability, but even if it cracks eventually it is still well worth the price. Update: still feel the same way as my original review. Also my phone has suffered a few falls, including a bad one recently from ~5ft onto tile floors, and it's still intact. Durability seems solid.

Estou usando há quase um mês, e o que posso dizer: - vem 2 no pacote - a instalação foi mais fácil até que películas normais, pois ele vem com um molde do exato tamanho do telefone pra que a aplicação fique o mais alinhada possível - é uma película de vidro. Depois de um mês que vi um arranhão dos mais leves na tela, então, tá protegendo bem, porém a resistência a arranhões é menor resistência de uma tela de telefone. Então espero ver mais arranhões ao longo do tempo. Mas é preferível ver arranhões na película que no telefone - ele deixa espaço nas bordas, então dá pra usar com capas de silicone comuns, já que a capa não levanta as bordas da película - a sensibilidade é média alta. Tem vezes que o toque leve é leve demais, ainda mais pra fazer scroll. Uma pressão um pouquinho a mais é necessária, mas dá pra se acostumar - é necessário adicionar a digital 2 vezes pra cada dedo(tem um folder que informa isso, também). Depois que coloquei a película tive dificuldade de desbloquear o celular e tive que usar o PIN. Quando adicionei 2 digitais por dedo não tive mais problema - a qualidade do material da película é excelente. A sensação é de estar usando a tela do telefone, diretamente(brilho, cores, textura etc) - é meio óbvio, mas é legal salientar: lave BEM as mãos e limpe muito bem mesmo a mesa com um pano que não larga fiapos. Tire o adesivo da película o mais próximo do telefone pra não grudar nada do ar. Um ínfimo grão e fica uma bolhinha, que com sorte sai, mas o pontinho fica pra sempre. Resumo: é caro, mas o preço é infinitamente menor que uma tela nova, tem certeza que estará alinhada e ele absorve melhor o impacto que películas de hidrogel. É fácil de instalar, mas é legal ter o máximo de cuidado com pó. Senti diferença na sensibilidade, como se tivesse perdido uns 5% dela, que me fez usar o telefone com uma pequena pressão extra principalmente quando rola a tela. Com toques simples sinto estar tudo ok.
