I will be using this at my church for collections. Our other bags must be locked when money goes in and unlocked by collection counters at the office. This one, the volunteers will not need a key. Just push down to lock and it can't be opened until it reaches the office with the counters. Haven't started using it yet so don't know if it will last but it appears to be sturdy.

Robust material and lock. The lock is quite heavy and although I would not leave the crown jewels in the bag it's great to keep out curious hands and yet have a portable security system. Very well constructed.

Seems like a good locking bag to keep the honest people honest. It’s enough to prevent light fingered housekeepers in hotels or baggage handlers from snatching a couple pieces of jewelry that you might not normally notice are missing until you are long gone in another far away country. When I travel I always purchase semiprecious jewelry for friends and family. Several times when I’ve gotten home, some of the earrings and necklaces have been missing. I don’t trust hotel safes. If a hotel employee can open your safe they can take a couple small earrings boxes and I wouldn’t know the difference until I got home. Same thing goes security workers at airports checking carry-on backpacks and such. They have X-ray machines. If they know what they are looking for one agent can hassle you at the body scanner and another agent can slip their hand in your bag and steal small unsecured items from your bag. This bag locks and is too large for thieves of opportunity to palm and to slip into their pockets. Anyway … that’s my story and I’m sticking to it : )
