OSK Japanese Bento Lunch Box "Waon" Waves Black with Chopsticks and Carry Bag by PW-6+KB-1

Really pleased with this product. Bento box imported from Japan (so may take a a few extra days delivery but well worth the wait). I now look forward to an office lunch, perfectly controlled portions. Very well made, dishwasher safe, microwave safe (not sure what the other reviewer meant as mine is made from hard plastic) although I would keep the little yellow lids away from dishwashers/microwaves. Hand wash in soapy water instead. Built in chop-sticks are useless but we have forks in our house.

Overall, a beautiful and practical lunch box Pros: - You feel like a 40yo Japanese man who has a loving wife that prepares him lunch boxes every day, except you cook the lunch yourself and you don't have a wife - It keeps your food separated Cons: - Not heat resistant, DO NOT microwave, keep away from hot oil etc - You can't eat kimchi because it will leave a stain - Pasta won't fit

Love this box used it twice making home made sushi it gives you the sense of not over eating and gives you just a right mount to keep full for for the rest of your day so if your looking to keep to diet then I recommend this box.

Excellent quality, good size, however the lid on each box does not close tight, luck there is a band on it.

Wonderful Bento box made of black shiny plastic to mimic Japanese black lacquer finish, it is really well made and finished and really looks the part. I am delighted with it, it came quickly all the way from Japan and was very well packed too.

In good condition, came before estimated, lots of room within box and overall a good product

Smaller box than I realised it would be, but my Daughter loves it and takes to school every day.

Perfect for my lunch! I bought this a while ago and am only writing the review now, the design is a little worn off but it’s still leak proof, and super easy to clean, use it everyday for my lunch, great purchase for my lunch investments

Ces petites boites bento sont super pour un lunch qui permet de ne pas avoir de trop grandes quantites. le design est joli ainsi que le sac pour mettre la boite. J'adore.

È originale giapponese, anche le istruzioni sono in giapponese (ma c'è poco da istruire, è una box per il pranzo) e le bacchette comprese sono adorabili. Il separatore mobile è quello che cercavo, chi non ha mai preparato un bento magari non capisce a cosa possa servire ma per me è davvero utile! Ognuno dei due contenitori ha il suo coperchio che è praticamente a tenuta stagna. Per sollevare il coperchio bisogna usare delle piccole fessure laterali. La prima volta mette in difficoltà ma poi diventa facile. Le dimensioni sono contenute perché i due contenitori sono impilati, la molla esterna assicura di non ritrovarsi il pranzo sparso in borsa.

Fits the perfect amount of food, doesn't leak, and looks cute! I wish the chopsticks were a bit bigger, but that's a sacrifice you make when you opt for a container this size. I'd also love to see a dishwasher / microwave safe version in the future, though to my understanding, traditional bentos are eaten cold. Very happy with this purchase.
