Upon delivery, the white tool you stick in the charging port was missing, so I couldn't apply the screen protector. So I emailed the Tocol Support and they were very quick to resolve the issue. I only wanted the white thing, but they sent out an entirely new product which was very appreciated. They were very kind and had follow up emails to ensure I was satisfied. The case is lovely. It fits perfectly, allows wireless charging still, and fits nicely in your pocket. The screen protector is more than adequate to ensure your screen is safe from any damage. I'll definitely be purchasing from Tocol again for any other phones cases I purchase in the future. Would highly recommend.

Great case, fits perfect and phone feels secure in it. No issues with buttons or cut outs. Screen protectors are great, just the type of protector I like that doesn't effect functionality of the phone. Had a small issue with my first order with the screen protectors but it was resolved very quickly, amazing customer service. Would definitely recommend and would buy again

Loved the screen protector that comes with the cover and they give 2 which is nice as you know you have a backup if first one goes bad/gets damaged. It is easy to install and all and instructions are very good and helped me (someone who's never put a screen protector on. Now to the phone cover - it's design is nice and protects the phone well although am slightly concerned the side bezel may not protect the screen but don't know if that's me being nervous but a few months on and no damage to phone yet so it must be doing its job. My real bug bear with the case is the side buttons for the sound up/down and power button. It's flush with cover with a ridged outline which helps find but not always. If this stuck out a little more, it would definitely be more useful snd easier to find buttons. I have found I can find it hard to locate buttons and sometimes when I do, you're not always sure if it's the power key or sound buttons.

I really like the case and screen protector. Once I looked at the video, the screen protector was really easy to apply. I usually waste a few when I install them myself, but this one was really easy and you can barely tell it is on. The case is very comfortable to hold, and doesn't add too much bulk to the phone. I am really pleased with the product and would recommend it to anyone with a Samsung S23 Ultra.

Pros: Case feels really high quality and premium and smooth, 2x screen nice protectors and really nice packaging Cons: Camera cut out isn't good at all, buttons are similar to the rest of the case and it makes detecting buttons and pressing the correct button without looking very hard. As for the screen protectors, they don't fill screen and leave quite a gap top and bottom with a lesser gap on the sides, not the most pleasant experience with the S Pen at all as well as it collects dirt in those areas very quickly

If you have paid a lot for your phone. You need a good case. I have always had wallet cases for my phones in the past but I digressed away from this type this time. You gotta see the phone in preference to the case eh? The whole process of installing the screen protector was easy. The case fits snuggly around the phone, without feeling it going to drop out and both items have only enhanced the phone and its look. Can't say as I want to drop it to test it, but it looks and feels designed well, with both added corner thickness and raised lips on the front and camera surround of the case. The case material also adds to the security by taking away 'the bar of soap' feel of an uncased modern phone but without detracting from its style.

When I brought my Samsung Galaxy s23 Ultra the first thing I thought was how stupidly slippery the phone was and just knew that it was going to fall out of my hand. so I brought this product to help with that, but did it help? No it's actually as slippery as the phone itself! Comes with 2x screen protectors which are the most thinnest things I've ever had and the only instructions it comes with requires you to scan a qr code, which you happen to have to use your phone to do so. how on earth are you supposed to watch a step by step video while putting the thing on your phone if you're using the bloody thing! Honestly this case is terrible. I would return but then that's going to leave me without a case for work. So will have to keep this tat till I order a new one then throw it away. Honestly couldn't you of actually put a grip on the case that actually grips?

Bought this as it was one of the only cases available on amazon at a decent price for the S23u. The case is very slippy when you try to hold your phone and constantly slides off when holding it. There is a decent risk of dropping the phone with this case and it is irritating having to always fix the phone position on your hand. The two screen protectors that came with it were really poor in my opinion. I watched the video in slow motion to try and get this right however I couldn't get it aligned with my selfie camera on both occasions. I have decided to return this due to the risk of it dropping and lack of other case features.

Kurz zusammengefasst: Dieses Packet enthält eine Hülle und zwei Displayschutzfolien. Die Hülle ist gut, passt sehr genau und macht was sie soll. Der eigentliche Clou ist für mich aber die Displayschutzfolie. Etwas ausführlicher: Die Hülle fühlt sich wertig an, hat eine gute Haptik und liegt gut in der Hand. Nichts außergewöhnliches, aber aus meiner Sicht wirklich gut. Die Displayschutzfolie ist für mich das eigentliche Highlight dieses Pakets. Nicht weil sie besonders gut schützt, das kann ich nach einem Tag noch nicht beurteilen. Dazu folgt eventuell in geraumer Zeit ein Update. Was sich der Hersteller aber zur Montage hat einfallen lassen, da können sich alle anderen wirklich eine Scheibe abschneiden. Ich habe es in den letzten 15 Jahren noch nie geschafft, eine Displayschutzfolie für ein Handy oder Tablet blasenfrei und ordentlich zu montieren. Ob das an meiner Unfähigkeit liegt oder an den verwendeten Produkten, darüber will ich jetzt nicht urteilen. Hier allerdings ist es mir zum ersten Mal innerhalb von 3 Minuten im ersten Anlauf gelungen. Das liegt an dem verwendeten System. Ein Montageadapter wird in den USB-Ladeport geschoben und die Folie hat Fixierlöcher, mit denen diese am Adapter verankert wird. Die Schutzfolie auf der Klebeseite ist zweigeteilt und so wird zuerst die eine Hälfte angeklebt, danach die andere. Der ganze Vorgang wird in einem rund 45 Sekunden Video auf der Homepage erkläret, auf das in der knappen Anleitung hingewiesen wird. Und ich empfehle allen sich dieses anzusehen. Fazit: Die Hülle passt super und der Displayschutz ist extrem einfach aufzubringen. Besser geht es nicht. Wenn jetzt auch die Schutzfunktion gut ist, kann ich an diesem Produkt wirklich gar nichts aussetzen. Aber das wird sich erst im Laufe der Zeit zeigen. Bis es soweit ist gibt es 5 völlig verdiente Sterne von mir.

Super coque, elle protège bien tout en gardant une certaine finesse (ça reste un coque) au S23 ultra. Elle est noir translucide et donc elle laisse apercevoir la couleur du téléphone ce que j'apprécie beaucoup. D'ailleurs sur 3 coques je n'utilise pratiquement que celle-ci

Fast shipping and good case and screen protector for the cost. Some reviews mention the fingerprint sensor not working, but it does actually work for me. Putting the screen protector on was fairly easy, and the alignment tool that came with made it really nice to line it up properly. Maybe a bit on the thin side for the screen protector, but I'm happy with it regardless. Will see how it will perform in the long run. Also side buttons are protruded a bit so they're really easy to find. Pen is easy to get out as well.

I would highly recommend this case. It even comes with two free screen protectors and application tools. The pictures are a little misleading as it shows the Samsung logo clearly, although the logo is nowhere printed on the case, rather the case is slightly transparent to see the logo on the phone. I have the phantom black S23 Ultra so you can hardly see the logo. Other than that, it's an amazing case and it comes with some awesome freebies. The screen protector is a TPU film. It was very easy to apply with their instructional video. I have no dust or bubbles after applying the screen protector exactly how it's explained to do so in the online video. I recommend lining up the notch cutout for the front facing camera before applying the screen protector as I had not paid attention to that for the first screen protector. I had to remove it and use the second one to get it just right. I highly recommend this product.
