Works great!
Worked great for my 2022 Expedition! Here are the correct programming instructions and it will save you a trip to the dealership ***but you must have both original Ford key fobs for this to work***Get in the vehicle and close the door, find the key fob programming slot, mine is in the cup holder under the rubber mat, I've heard some are in the console. Stick key fob #1 in the hole, press the start button without your foot on the break, wait for ignition chimes to stop beeping, then turn off. Do the same step with original key fob #2. Repeat this process a 3rd time with the new replacement fob. As soon as you hit the ignition button the 3rd time, the emergency flashers with blink and you will get the message in the dash. Done.

Best way to save money!
We bought an 2020 Expedition Max Limited and were told AFTER the papers were all signed that there was only one key fob for it. We didn't consider it a big deal at that point and just planned to use a company we had in the past or the local Ford dealership, whichever had the better price. Yeahhhh, they both quoted $450-550 for an OEM fob. After getting over the initial sticker shock, I did some research and found this product. I called a local locksmith who confirmed that a lot of people do this with no trouble and he was able to program it without a hitch! For $400 less than that crazy quote, I now have a brand new fob that looks and works exactly like my OEM! I'm one happy customer!

Edited from initial answer
The key worked great until the battery needed to be changed. It’s essentially is covered with a metal piece welded in place so the only way to get it out causes it to break and no longer work

Works for my 2020 Lincoln Corsair!!!
I took this key fob to the dealer to get it programmed as an admin key. I recently purchased the 2020 Corsair and accidentally changed the only key they gave me into a MyKey. Normally a MyKey is for valet or for you to give to a teenage driver. What that does is limit certain things while driving like radio sound volume limited to 40% and speed limited as well. This keeps a teenager more focused on the road and not the music and makes sure they don't go too fast. That's all fine but you can't change and have the car remember some settings like with the driver assist controls or the seats. This worked like a charm giving me a second admin key on the cheap while also enabling the dealer to reprogram my original key as an admin key.*Note - as a software developer I found this odd and argued with the service department at first. It made no sense to me however their system can program a blank key to an admin key if it's the only key you have. But it cannot program a MyKey to an admin key without another admin key. I didn't understand why a blank key could be programed as an admin key by itself, but you can't blank a myKey and program it as a MyKey without an admin key. What is Lincoln afraid of that teenagers are going to driver to the dealership and pay to have the key reprogrammed? I will say my local Ford dealer charged me $89.99 to program the remote/key combo. If I'd purchased a key at Lincoln, it would have been $250 plus another $149 to get it programmed.

Works fine (mostly)
Bought two and only one worked. My key guy said this is very common for these aftermarket remotes. When they connect/program they are great but about half the time they won't program.

Perfect Replacement for 2021 Navigator!
I bought two of these keys because my wife only had one, and I didn't want to pay the ridiculous price at the dealership for a new one. The keys are almost identical to her original key and work great! I would buy them again.

Just buy a key from ford
Just buy a ford key. We purchased this to save money but will have to buy a standard ford key because while this locks and unlocks the doors and even remote starts it will not open the door with keyless entry (rfid) and it won’t actually start the car. I have to put it directly into the cupholder slot so there is contact for it to turn the car on. Ford doesn’t guarantee the product will program right and I can see why. It will be a back up key for emergencies.
