Photo of bag shows this is for medium dogs (25-50 lbs), but it says it's for extra small dogs. which is it?

The bags I get show a terrier type dog and says it’s for dogs-10-24 lbs. and 6 months of age and older. I do order through Amazon. Not sure where you are getting the different packaging. Not sure how helpful this Delmopinol Technology is, in protecting dog’s teeth. Bailey just had a couple of teeth pulled. My vet’s response was, “he might have lost more teeth”, so, no way to tell for sure.

Has anyone noticed their bag of chews stink when you open them?

I believe that is just what they smell like. My dog likes them and does not get any reaction from them. Likely normal... Best to write a review so the company will see it.. just let them know they have a really bad smell to them. ask them.. Have they taken a whiff of your product lately? i do agree with you about the small. Don't like it.

What if my picky dog doesn’t like the smell and he refuses to touch this at all? Can I return the product and get a refund?

I don't know. I can tell you that my dog loves them. You could always donate them to an animal shelter and give them to your vet to use.
