Is it a control top with thigh control also?

These panty hose control the entire leg from toe to hip. The control top just adds additional control for the abdomen and behind. I love these since having a severed Achilles tendon repair and wear no other.

Do thy run small or large? I am 5"2", 123 lbs.

I am 5"5" and got the medium and they fit fine. Only problem I have is selection of colors. Hope this helps. I weigh 132lbs

Comfortable and durable!

This is the best pantyhose for my 75 year old mother! She loves them! The fit and thickness is exactly what she needs to feel relieve from her varicose veins.

Does not stay up

Pantyhose keeps running below my waist, an $8 pantyhose stays in place better than this pair, quite disappointed
