Horrible product, service is bad and device is slow. You have also have to buy extra devices to use the kill switch option.

Tracker arrived within two days of ordering. Very straight forward instructions included with a link to a more detailed FAQs page and easy to use activation website. The app is well built and very user friendly with all the details you need on your vehicle (speed, location, map, mileage etc.). Once the device was plugged in, it took about 5-10 mins for it to connect and it automatically showed up in my app after activation. Great product with accurate tracking in app, highly recommend.

Installing the OBD tracker was super simple but to get the app working correctly to track the car was difficultfor me. I called customer support and they were very helpful and got me set up quickly. This has been an awesome thing to have on my mother's car who has early dementia. I was able to track her down after her driving for almost 24 hours. The police get to her and pulled her over before the hurricane came through. I am so happy that I made this purchase. It gives you accurate location and you can use any map app to get exactly where the car is if you need to retrieve it.
