This is a great item, though due to the nature of how it works, it has one caveat: You won't get a fast charge through it, since fast-charging requires the data pins, and this entirely lacks them.I bought this to replace two separate USB data blockers in my travel kit - one type-A and one type-C - thereby saving me a bit of space. It works perfectly at what it does, and I was pleasantly surprised to learn it also works as a type-C to type-A USB adapter, which is a nice versatility feature.

Doesn’t work

For some reason after two times of use it just pulled apart and many of my devices didn’t register when i was trying to use it
