side effects
I bought this for constipation, it works but it gave me nausea so I can't use it. My husband used it and he was fine, it helped his constipation a lot. side effects vary from person to person of course. read side effects before using

It took 4 days in the freezer to freeze. Them I took 5 with 2 mimosa peduca. I'm following a protocol to clean small intestine along with other things. It worked in morning, and not painful or anything. Took 5 frozen capsules.
