Would this fit a UK size 16-18?

I measured it on the last button hole for you. It measures 40 inches unstretched so I would imagine it would stretch to size 18.

How do I use this? Where does the oil go? Do I just rub it onto my skin? In which case what’s the point of this!? I thought I would put the oil on it

I put the oil on the inside of the belt. Not sure what the pocket part is suppose a hot water bottle or something. Only used it a couple of times so not sure of the benefits yet. Hope it helps.

What is best castor oil to use with this ?

100% pure castor oil. I bought the 1 litre bottle. You also need a linen type cloth to pour it on before strapping it to your stomach/area of the liver
