I reccomend the Mabelline creme matte eyeshadow from boots or superdrug. Very matte and doesn't move all day.

Is the shade Caramel warm or cool toned please?

It’s quite a neutral gold. I can’t wear warm colours but do wear caramel as a subtle all in one when I wear pink or cool toned reds
