Very happy with this purchase, it's great that there's nothing to put together! Love the low back to rest my arm on and l'm able to look out on the mountain view. The cushions are very nice, comfortable to sit on and love laying down on the couch. Guests migrate to it right away , a perfect place for conversation. The color rocks! It's been covered with 10" of snow twice now and lots of spring rain , it just wipes off ( really nice fabric) . I've had no problems with it moving around even with kids jumping around on it the clips hold it together real well . I would recommend it to anyone , great price too!

Ordering furniture on-line is risky, as it was in this case. The grey color is nice, and i've had no problem with the wicker (my set is in a covered area). The main reason I would not have bought this set, is the cushions. The foam inside, and the covers themselves are poor quality. Not very comfortable, and they stain really easily. Also, the back cushions fall over constantly, making the whole set look sloppy, which is not the look you want in a modern home. The ottoman is useless as the cushion slides right off if you even think about putting your feet on it. I've had my set for a few years, and wish I'd bought something else. Thinking about selling on craig's list and starting over. It does not indicate me as a verified buyer because I bought my set straight from Urban Furnishing's website.

This is a gorgeous patio set. I have been looking for some time to find a quality set that is worth the money. No assembly required is an absolute bonus, and they wrap each piece with extreme detail and care. The customer service is excellent and you can purchase add on pieces from their website. It is so comfortable and the cushions have support. We are very pleased.

This is a beautiful outdoor sectional. The seating is a bit lower than I expected; thus the four stars, but I'm fairly short so I don't mind! My husband is 6' 3" and he hasn't complained. One of the best things about this sectional is that it comes FULLY ASSEMBLED! Having had to assemble these in the past, I can't tell you how happy "fully assembled" made me!

Received my shipment a week ago. This set is great and looks as beautiful as pictured. I can totally entertain on my patio with confidence as this set is an immediate conversation piece when my guests first see it. I sprayed mine with marine fabric spray and then a coat of scotch guard. It comes with strong clips to secure the sections together and has non slip pads to place under each cushion. So far Im 100% satisfied.

So happy with this purchase! I spent a really long time researching before I decided buy. I wanted the best product for the best price within a certain price range and I'm glad this is what I decided on. The backs are taller than a lot of the other's I looked at and since my husband is 6'3" it was important that he be comfortable. Also love that all I had to do was take them out of the boxes to set them up. I think they look fabulous in our gazebo!

Purchased a sectional set in March 2015. Delivery was quick though the frames were slightly bent and didn't line up exactly. This was not visible when the cushions were on. The cushions themselves are made of a rather slick material, not very soft, but for the price, we weren't expecting Sunbrella quality. We had a cover made to fit the sectional and kept the furniture covered when it was not in use. When we went to uncover the furniture for use this year, we discovered the Wicker along the back of the pieces was disintegrating. We contacted the company and they offered to let us purchase new pieces for approx 3/4's the original price paid. I declined, figured we would use it this summer and then replace it. This Father's Day weekend, had a party, when some guests went to sit down, they fell through the seating areas. All of the wicker covering was completed destroyed. We didn't expect this furniture to last a lifetime, however, with taking care of it - we did expect to use it more than a few times. The cushions themselves still look good, with just a small amount of fading.
