These are absolutely ideal. Great quality, strong and a good size. I bought them because, now I don't get the plastic bags from tesco, I always find myself needing one for various things. My husband uses them to take his milk and bread, etc to work for the week. I use them for putting the paper recycling out and whatever else you need a carrier bag for. Will definitely get these again.

You know when you buy cheap toilet paper thinking you've got a bargain and then the first time you use it you discover it dissolves on contact. Some carrier bags are sort of like that.... these aren't. These bags aren't supermarket ASDA type thickness but they are strong so, unlike cheap bog roll, you won't be poking your finger through these anytime soon, and they are just as tall as those bags and about three quarters in width. That's the usable space and not including the handles. So I highly recommend these carrier bags. That's kind of the review over with but you might be wondering why I mentioned toilet paper to start off with so read on if you're curious enough... A friend of mine told me a while ago he got caught short and was nowhere near a toilet so he had to poop in a carrier bag. I'm not suggesting you buy these solely for that purpose but if, like my friend, you find yourself at the whim and mercy of your bowels, then these will do the job... or jobbie hehehe. So stick some in the boot of your car or even keep one in your jacket pocket for those suddenly urgent "ohhh noooo" moments in life.

FANTASTIC bags!!! I was selling at a car boot sale yesterday and bought these for my customers and even gave them to anyone milling about with their arms overflowing with purchases; cos I'm nice like that! Hee her! The bags were the perfect size to put clothes in (still on their hangers), valuables and even some quite heavy items like a stack of steamer pans. They worked brilliantly and were very strong. A brilliant bonus - they came out the pack one by one, not a load together! I'm now using some around the house and once finished with them, they'll be great for bin liners. If I run out of them, I'll definitely buy more!
