Looking to reduce the amount of caffeine you drink but still want a refreshing drink? Tried a lot of herbal teas and want something different? Soulful Blends are a very nice range of tisanes from Twinings and they're all worthy of being tried. Having tried the full range I would say this is probably my favourite - and my daughter's too. It's basically a nettle tea with a very nice natural fruit flavour to it. It didn't taste as I'd expected - it was a question of 'oh that's really nice'. I mean a lot nicer than I'd expected. I probably have 12 different tisanes at any one time in my cupboard and this is one I drink every day. Why is nettle tea so good for you? Because it's nutrient-dense, caffeine-free and rich in vitamins A, C, K, as well as minerals such as iron, calcium and magnesium. It's anti-inflammatory so ideal if you're suffering from conditions such as eczema, arthritis or psoriasis. But since a lot of illnesses are caused by internal inflammation, having a cup of nettle tea is a good idea for everyone. It's also high in antioxidants, supports bone health, is a natural anti-histamine, is good for the skin, supports a healthy prostrate for menfolk, reduces cholestrerol levels and lowers blood pressure. If you're not keen on the taste of fresh nettle tea itself, this is a great way of getting the benefits with a lovely fresh taste. I think I'm on my fifth or sixth box now and enjoying it so much we have it on repeat order. If you like this then you'll probably like others in the Soulful Blends range as well. We also enjoy Peace and Quiet Mind. If I had to sum up what I felt about this tea I'd say it's not only refreshing it also makes me feel happy.

Bought these for my mother who likes peach, to try to get her to drink more fluids. She wouldn't drink it so I tried them and mmmmm delicious!!! Excellent value, very refreshing and can be drunk hot, warm or cold (even with ice!). Smells so yummy and not too strong. Gotta love Twinings for their variety.

I love peaches and bought this tea based on this. I like the peachy scent of the tea however some family members find it overpowering. The good points to me stop there, unfortunately. The tea is extremely weak and has hardly any flavour, I end up using 2 bags at a time to get any. I rather prefer other Twinings blends like Quiet Mind, Pause, Sweet Dreams, where the scent is more subtle but the flavours are more pronounced. I will not be reordering this particular flavour again.
