Knock Off, PLUS
My Timberland sandals failed after 5 years of reliable service; sadly, Timberland stopped making the model. After some searching, and use of Amazon's free return policy I found what I had been looking for. The sandals are an improved Echo knockoff, and even better on comfort. These sandals are very nicely crafted ... a big plus on Teva, and in fact nicer than Echo. I'm delighted with the quality of leather, and hope it lends to good durability. Saving 35% against Echo is nice.Note to self: the wides are too wide, and the mediums are a bit narrow ... Propet doesn't seem to use a standard shoe measure in their manufacture, or perhaps they use a proprietary guide.

I've been wearing the Propet SurfWalkers for years, but went with these this time and am very happy. They have a lot more support in that the others did, and the cushioning in the sole is much appreciated. Definitely not a pair of throw away sandals in terms of price or appearance, but they really are more comfortable than any other sandals I've owned before.

Cheaply made!
The sandal was cheaply made and doesn't compare to Teva or the New Balance similar type sandal. The upper materials are very thin "leather" which looks like it won't last long- I returned them after trying them on!! The picture looked good in the advertising!!

The width was nice but did not account for dimension of the foot
The width was nice but did not account for dimension of the foot. It would have been great if you could adjust the Velcro to adjust the top of sandal but sadly that was not possible , so we are sending them Back. Didn't get past the roominess of the sandal Was excited to find a shoe in 5e. Next time will pay attention to arch measurements But nice looking shoe

What you would expect for the price
A little more cheaply made than i hoped for. More synthetic material than real leather but tbe fit was good.

As usual, Propet's quality came thru..well made and very comfortable.
