Warm and snug mittens
Really pleased with these mittens as have struggled to find a pair in small size . Great price and seem very good quality . Like the Velcro fastening to keep them snug . So far my hands are lovely and warm have yet to try them in freezing cold conditions .

Warm and snug
Bought these for a trip to Tromsø (January, -15°). As someone who is always cold, these mittens were incredible. I did wear liners inside but my hands were almost sweaty. Warm, comfortable, great value for money.

Winter/ski mitts
Bought for someone going on a ski trip soon. Feel lovely and warm. Perfect for the trip and the weather we are having just at the moment (early Jan 2025)

So good my hands were too hot!
These are an excellent fit. With the Velcro making it extra secure. Love the colour (it’s not too bright a red). I was really worried my hands would be cold but these were so good my hands were sweating (I guess the weather was quite warm).

NOT windchill/minus temperature proof
Attention for anyone looking to buy these for mountain excursions - they are NOT cold wind proof. It was barely -2 degrees up the mountains in Morocco and they absolutely failed to keep hands warm. Also they don’t have wrist straps which is very useful in mountains. Some people here have told that they hold up against -20 degrees, I am sorry you must have good genetics to wear these gloves and not feel the chill. Otherwise the quality is good, and size is perfect for my small hands.

Great mitts for shoveling snow. Warm, well sized. Carhartt continues to produce a quality product you can rely on and thanks to Amazon for the great price. UPDATE: liner is sewn in and can not be turned inside out. If your hands perspire from shoveling these mitts barely dry. Now my hands are cold and smell like sweat every time I put these mitts on.

Sehr gute warme Fahrrad Handschuhe. Wenn es völlig schüttet sind sie von oben nicht wasserdicht, ist normal würde ich sagen. Bei Schuhgröße 38 passt mir Größe S

I sized up as suggested by many other customers, and now the mittens I have received are too big, at least in the finger box area! My hand measures just over 7 inches around the palm (between the thumb and fingers, not with the thumb) so according to Carhartt, medium fits 7 inches. But since I sized up to a large, I have a lot of excess fabric, at least half an inch worth if not more. They fit in the wrist and thumb portion, but the finger area is a huge roundish pancake. I'm not sure how the medium fits...it may have been too small on my wrist and thumb, I don't know. I'm keeping these because I wore them once, and I don't want them landfilled somewhere by Amazon. I'll just sew them smaller. Also, they don't seem ridiculously warm...they are a bit thin to tell you the truth, and I'll wait and see how they do in -30C, because today in -20C I thought they were just passable.
