So cute
This little guy is so cute. Do you neeeeeed it? No. If you had it would you like it? Yes. I find the color changing/breathing thing a little off my breath patterns, but that may be the point. Is it fun to have next to you at work? Yes. Especially if the person near you is annoying..."just breatheeee with me" the little guy will say.

Calming Peace
Great purchase. Put 2 in our office. When it gets stressful, we turn it on and watch it, then you slowing you breathing down and world of difference. Therapist came in and saw it, I showed her how it works. She bought some for her office also.

Great calming item for our home!
Love that I can just turn it on and when I see the green light on I start slow, 4-7-8 breathing :)

Cute for a desktop or night stand. It helps to keep mindfulness and acts as a reminder to meditate!

Doesn’t work
Unfortunately, the usb option doesn’t work. The only way it turns on is with batteries. When it does turn on, it remains one gold colour and doesn’t change. Wouldn’t recommend for relaxation and calm breathing. Highly recommended for inducement of frustration though.

Doesn’t work, didn’t come with battery cover for bottom and you can’t return it. Don’t buy!
