Brabantia 482069 Perfume your Bin Air Freshener Pine Scent, Refill

I bought this product as I have a Brabantia 60L bin which does not get emptied as often as it should. Any bad food smells really seemed to become very noticeable, even with the lid of the bin closed.When I installed the air freshener, I could definitely smell the fragrance as described. Having had the product attached to my bin for a few weeks, I no longer notice any product fragrance when I open the bin, but can confirm that it does seem to neutralise any bad smells.So I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely be buying again.

Not what you typically think to get for a bin but with all the food etc that goes in the bin it really does help conquer those smells you get after a day or two and they last for about a month .

I am sure these Air Fresheners are great, but unfortunately, I do not have the Holder to put into the bin so I have not been able to use them. I shall have to Buy the Holder for them, and I will know more about it. I thought when I bought the Fresheners that it came with a​ Holder. My mistake. So I shall have to find one and the can give you a more accurate Review.

This gives a lovely refreshing smell to my bin, although my bin isn’t a brabantia bin I would think this works with all bins. My bin is under my sink attached to the back of the unit door and every time I open the door the pine smell wafts around. You need to buy the fresheners with the stick on holder if you haven’t bought them before so you can place the disk, after removing the seal, inside the holder. Leave the holder in place and change the disc when it’s empty. Oh and they last a long time.

Great idea, easy to use, not very scented though!

I have the holder for these refills which I got about a year ago. These refills offer the same scent which just gives off a subtle aroma when you open the bin lid. It won't mask anything really smelly but just takes the edge off normal waste odours and makes doing the bins a slightly more enjoyable task!

I use these for my kitchen and bathroom bins.They don't completely stop the smell, especially when nearing emptying time, but better than nothing!

These bin fresheners certainly did the job of smelling. However, I found the pine scent too overwhelming when combined with bin odours and therefore not a great freshening effect. The item itself is very good and is suited to purpose. The scent is definitely down to personal taste and this one wasn’t for me.
