amazing hair straightener, Phillips is the only one I trust , at this price level. Straight hair, oil infused plates, so fast and easy to use , very customization heat options.

Unable to return
My item was not high quality and emitted a chemical smell. Also, the customer service was weird. I requested a return, and they first provided me with a label but cancelled the label BEFORE the return period ended. I should have been quicker with the return but I was convinced I had the time. Now, unfortunately, I am stuck with the faulty item.
