Sylvanian Families - Country Tree School & - Bear Family

Daughter got this for Christmas but not exactly amazed by it. Feels like one of the cheaper sets. No dolls included and everything just falls apart constantly. We have the huge house that lights up which is much better quality but this school more or less remains in pieces on most days as a slight touch will cause something to drop off of it. Wouldn’t recommend..!

I bought this set for one of my two younger nieces who are both Sylvanian Families mad and she absolutely adores it and loves playing school alongside her sister and the other figures and sets from the Sylvanian Families range that they have.The only disappointment which I knew in advance is that the set doesn't come with any figures and I think it would have been even better if the set had come with even one figure such as the school teacher. This didn't make any difference to my niece as she already has tons of figures but it may be worth thinking of if you are buying this as a gift for a child who doesn't have any figures to start with. One other thing that would be nice is if the makers Epoch could actually think of selling the school uniforms to go on the child figures and to either include a few of these outfits with this set or maybe have a separate set of school clothes that can be bought for perhaps the six seats that come with the school as otherwise it's difficult to get the outfits unless purchasing the same  two school friend figures  over and over again just for their clothesThe school is a really good size and comes with all of the items as shown in one of the product pictures such as the six seats and corresponding desks, little books and workbook. It even comes with a little globe and telescope. The front doors open and close and there is even a little vestibule area and lookout window on the top along with a downstairs patio part and benches The tree part doesn't have to just be connected to the front porch part and can also be attached to the patio area and linked as a sort of walkway with the white fencing if wished and the school can also be linked with other sets such as the Forest Nursery which my niece has and has tried but she stated it looked odd and she prefers it just set up as the school by itself.This is a major blast from the past for me as I used to collect and play with Sylvanian Families when I was growing up and had lots of the sets such as the bakery. It's so very nice but also strange to see my niece now playing with them and in fact all of my childhood toys seems to have made a come back (My Little Pony's and Care Bears too) recently. Apparently the sets I had are now vintage and so I wish I'd kept hold of them! I just love that all these years later the Sylvanian Families are still going strong. I've attached a couple of pictures that were taken of the set for me by my niece as she wanted me to attach them to this review although they may not be exactly straight and I've also attached a few of the box which show a couple of the combinations I've advised about. I'm hoping to get some clearer pictures added in the future but hopefully these give an idea in the meantime.

I think It’s a good value for money. Lots of accessories. Our box came damaged and few bits missing but amazon resolved it quickly.

As flimsy as I remember it being in the 90s. Wouldn’t entertain the idea of purchasing ordinarily but it was all my 4yo daughter wanted for Christmas and so I relented (just as my mum did in the 90s). I do resent the purchase, though - I doubt the contents will last 5 minutes.

Bought as a requested gift so know recipient will be very happy with it. Original order was lost but after contacting the supplier, this was immediately rectified and parcel was received next working day.

I bought this for my granddaughter's 4th Birthday present. I had compared prices on other sites but this was by far the most competitive. The seller indicated that it would not be delivered until a day after her birthday, which was rather disappointing but still acceptable; however, it actually arrived the day before her birthday!I was delighted. My granddaugher was thrilled with her Sylvanian Family school. She has played with it constantly. It is very adaptable and links up with other units she has.I am extremely pleased with the service and quality of this product, Thank you.

I got this for my niece's 9th birthday present and I was the best aunt in the world. She loved it and spent hours sticking the stickers on the items, folding the small books and then just playing with it. The only down side was on the box the figures were wearing backpacks and she didn't understand that they weren't included.

I was surprised at the amount of stuff they give you with this, lots of little books and posters to make the place seem more busy, I had a lot of fun putting this together and I'm very pleased with the result. Furniture is good quality and as always everything is absolutely adorable.
