Life Changing Clippers
These clippers are absolutely amazing. I have a female 7.5kg / 16.5Lbs Maine Coon who is a 100% hot mess. Grows fur like it’s an Olympic sport and she’s constantly in training for the gold medal. When it’s shedding season or starts to warm up, she immediately becomes a mass of knots and matting. For the past 18 months I’ve been using (at my vet’s recommendation) a very expensive professional Andis grooming clipper set. I assumed they were as good as it gets.I was so very wrong. These Masterclip Showmate clippers are epic. As an Australian who has handled sheep shears, I can say these are easy and smooth as a clean shear. They’re not heavy, they’re not loud, they’re much cooler to the touch than my more expensive set, and they clip through super fine yet wildly thick cat fur like Death at a reaping party.I watched a review on YouTube before I bought these where the tester said they clipped like a hot knife through butter. I flat didn’t believe her; I was wrong. These are absolutely the clippers for anyone who has a long haired cat who needs a lot of maintenance. Sanitary shave in seconds and de-matts with unbelievable ease.I will be raving about these clippers for the rest of my life.

Perfect for matting close to skin
Best clippers we've used Our cat gets heavy matting very tight to the skin. We've tried every tool and trick in the book to no avail. These clippers worked wonders. Well worth the money

No wires, long life battery
Old clippers getting blunt, the setting combs are useless on one dog whose hair clogs them up. Using with just bare blade is a true art if you do not want your dog to look chopped to pieces. The other dog, using spacers, looks wonderful! Quiet and sharp.

Best value for money and high performance
I have tried several pairs of clippers to trim my springerpoo. Used professional once but for £60 I felt it was ridiculous! I used to be a hairdresser and kept horses who I clipped hundreds of times. Problem was my horse clippers were huge, not practical at all, and I didn’t have long guards to enable to clip a dog. After buying a pair of clippers for about £30 which were rubbish and got clogged up with hair after a minute, needing cleaning under the blades. I eventually tried these, and the difference was amazing, cut very cleanly and are very easy to remove guards and blades to keep clipping for longer. They still work out a blooming sight cheaper, than a pro. If a bargain looks too good to be true, it probably IS !!!!!!! They say a bad workman blames their tools, but you really can’t do the job right without the right equipment. I think I may buy some tiny ones for between her little toes. 😆

Quiet and handy but need to stop too often to oil blades
Not sure if having to stop every 3 minutes to oil the blades is ideal, especially when your dog isn’t too impressed being clipped! The clippers don’t cut well without the almost constant oiling so can’t get away from doing it. The little bottle of oil supplied won’t last long.On the plus side they’re a great size, not too heavy and you can use them cordless or plugged in. They are reasonably quiet too, even on the high setting. I used them to clip a small spaniel dog but would be good around a horses face and just doing a tidying job, blades maybe a bit small for bigger areas and the need for oil will drive you nuts on a big area!

Supporting a British company
Owned these clippers for a year. These are by far the best clippers I've used both on the pooch and myself. They are sharp and oiled regularly stay sharp. Use every two months on a medium sized terrier and once as week to buzz my head neck and chops. Not replaced anything, still original. The charge lasts an age, nice to hold and the turbo option handy.Their website is extremely informative. Can highly recommend.

Gentle
I’m afraid to say that this product is only worthy of maybe cats and rabbits. 🐇 🐈Please be aware that this product will not be sustainable enough for dogs with thick hair.Perfect for trimming ears and paws and maybe around the tummy (depending on dog size and type)

Excellent
I have an elderly cat, who over the last 12 months has greatly reduced his grooming. The matting was evidently needing attention back 6 months ago, but I had to wait until warm summer weather to get his fur clipped. The vet wanted to charge £230 + vat to get him clipped up, so I decided to do the job myself, and wanted to make sure I got clippers that were up to the job, and not too noisy . We got him clipped up over the course of a few days, and although he wasn't happy, he begrudgingly tolerated for 10 min sessions. You have to be careful and work gently to get under each matt to remove, also making sure blades don't get too hot against the skin, and that you don't accidentally nick the skin. The clippers performed brilliantly, and only one midway charge was needed. End result - uncomfortable matting was successfully removed (with great care), our cat is visibly happier, and his movement is less restricted. Hopefully brushing and less intensive clipping will ensure his coat doesn't get to the same state again.
