Finally, Gut sorted
Over the years various anntibiotics have screwed up my guts. I've been chomping down the standard offerings which all claim they survive the gut for a year now with no improvement whatsoever. A week of these spore probiotics and my guts are the best they have been for years! The spores are about twice the price of standard probiotics but it only took a week to get real improvement, it would of been a much cheaper option in hindsight. Spores do survive the gut.

Not sure if this works
Not sure this is for me - felt like my joint last became stiff after taking these - as soon as I stopped stiffness disappeared not sure if there is a connection but won’t be taking them again

Histamine response
High quality product but it caused histamine issues for me!

Na een week geprobeerd te hebben, met 2 x daags een capsule, lijken de darmen eindelijk rustiger. Ik ga er zeker mee door en heb nog twee potten besteld zodat ik een kuur van drie maanden kan doen waarin de darmen hopelijk weer als vanouds (lang geleden) zullen reageren.
