This product is designed to help those with foot problems such as over-pronation and more.
My ankles had begun to over-pronate and caused swelling, pain, redness and tenderness on the inside of my ankle and my knees to rub together when I walked. Only these Orthotic Insoles helped my problem with pronation. I can walk comfortably even in softer shoes than I had expected to be able to with these insoles. They are firm enough to hold your foot in place and keep it from turning. I recommend these insoles and will order more today.
