TACLIGHTER from Bell + Howell, USB-Rechargeable, Butane-Free Plasma Lighter As Seen On TV (Black)

This Lighter Is My Personal Favorite Because I Like The Way That It Lights A Tiki Torch, And It Is Rechargeable. I Was Going To Use It For Lighting Off Fireworks But It Is Great For Starting Campfires, Lighting Tiki Torches, Lighting Candles. I Have Already Purchased One For My Father And I Have To Say That I Will Not Purchase Another Cheapo Lighter Again. This Also Doesn't Burn Your Fingers When You Use It Mainly Because Of It's Length. I Recommend Replacing Cheapo Lighters With One Of These Lighters.

Does a great job in terms of lighting small wicks. However I would have liked the space between the two poles of the conductors to be a bit more wider as it's hard to accurately place the wick I between to light.

Don't fall for it. This item comes in a cheap cardboard box that says made in China. It is made of plastic and metal. I doubt it will last very long and does not seem like it is the legit item they advertise but a knock off. We bought this for my father in law and we are returning it. I would not feel good about giving this as a gift.

I got this for a white elephant where the theme was as seen on TV. It went over so well. Starting to believe I hang out with a bunch of pyromaniacs. It worked just fine at the party (not sure about after since it was a gift) and could even burn lines into paper. Slightly disappointed it did not come in the box in the picture, just a simple slim plain white box.

This was for an "As Seen on TV" gift exchange. Item came in a tiny plain white box.... no As Seen on TV packaging, as photo shows.Slightly disappointed. I tested the item, and it does work, but since it's a gift, can't speak for it's longevity.

I enjoyed the ease of use and the convience of not worrying about the wind blowing it out. The length of time a charge last is a plus also. I give it a 5 star rating.

Ir does burn but, sometimes, if the paper (or whatever) is too thick, it will kill the igniter and you will have to re-ignite it and be more careful.
