Brilliant for the money
Not a lot of money, but a lot of cooling. Much better than the stock AMD coolers and many times quieter also. RGB works well (I'm using an MSI m/b with their Mystic Light). I'm also running the AMD 5700X chip on a B550 m/b. It's overclocked at 4.2GHz and sits around 34 degrees Celsius, not getting much hotter under load. Was very simple to fit and came with all the different attachments making it compatible with AM4 chipsets and a host of Intel chips also. One thing to note, and the only minor niggle with the product, it does come with thermal paste but I would buy yourself a separate tube as the one I was supplied was rock solid and no use. Other than that, i'm really happy with the product and the only regret I have is not buying it sooner.

best AIO for the money
for the money there isn't any beating this AIO cooler, the noise level is a big thing for me when building a gaming pc, and you do not need to worry with this cooler. at full speed the pump and fans do not break 30DB meaning even under heavy load this will not be unpleasant to be next too, it fits perfect in any case specified to fit a 360 aio,it looks amazing also with its all white aesthetic and its rgb fans, and as always the build quality of thermalright products is outstanding for the money, makes you wonder how they add so much value at such a small cost, this is been tested with a ryzen 7 9700x and a ryzen 5 7600x both ran chilly with this cooler

Fantastic Cooling Performance with Great Aesthetic
The Thermalright Frozen Notte 360 WHITE ARGB V2 delivers excellent cooling performance. Temperatures dropped noticeably compared to a stock cooler, even under heavy load, which gave me peace of mind during long gaming or rendering sessions. Installation was straightforward and the mounting hardware felt secure. The triple-fan setup moved plenty of air, and the fans stayed relatively quiet even under load. The white finish combined with ARGB lighting added a clean, stylish look to my build — especially nice under a tempered-glass side panel. Additionally, the cooler has solid build quality. It’s compatible with several CPU sockets and leaves enough room for RAM and other components. Overall, this cooler balances strong thermal performance, quiet operation, and a pleasing aesthetic — a great pick if you want both power and style.

Cheap but more than cheerful
Two years ago I bought an MSI Mag Coreliquid 360R which has been working fine with my Ryzen 7 1800x - I upgraded to a 3900xt and my PC started shutting down with temps hitting 100c in seconds when under load - not good. The cooler seemed fine, one pipe cold, one hot, fan & pump RPM's as they should be, but temps were through the roof. I wasn't sure that the cooler was at fault so I looked for a cheaper option just for testing, and I came across this Thermalright Frozen Notte 360. I installed the cooler & toast tested the cpu for an hour, I was surprised to see it didn't top 70c so to say I'm happy is an understatement (these cpu's have a max temp of 95c and usually run hot) - It's quieter than the MSI AIO, the lighting works as expected & the infinity mirror effect on the CPU block is quite nice. For under 70 quid, can't fault this product at all, excellent value for money, I just hope it lasts longer than the MSI one.

Excellent AIO
Cracking AIO for price. Bought this as original Arctic one wouldn't fit past my motherboard. This one does. Has kept my CPU nice and cool through intense use and benchmark testing. Nice design and as i have Infinity GPU the Infinity design on this AIO goes well with the build. Very easy to fit and RGD connection went into my hub with no issues. Quite a few wires though, more than there probably needs to be but not a major issue. Checked many reviews before buying and am happy with it so far.

Truly brilliant! Don't overlook this little gem!
Amazed by how cheap this AIO was for its performance! Performs really well even under high stress, very quiet while keeping my CPU at 41c Max Temp. Did have to lose 1 fan from it due to my case not quite having enough space " talking literal millimetres " and didn't want to try to force it in place and risk breaking it but even effectively running as a 240 it works really well.

Great for Cooling and really really quiet!
Really good for cou, keeps temps really low! Still working to this day, it’s really quite didn’t expect it to be so quite out of the bos ! Very easy to install as well!

Excellent price/performance ratio.
A few months ago, I purchased HP's Omen gaming console, however its 240mm water cooler couldn't suppress the high temperatures generated by the i7-13700k and RTX4080 together in a small case. So I replaced the motherboard with a larger one, switched to a bigger case and opted for this cooler. To be honest, the main thing I considered when purchasing it was the price, I was on a low budget. I didn't expect much from it, but it works surprisingly well. At low loads you can barely hear the radiator. Even when I'm running big games like Red Dead Redmption 2, GTA and CS 2, the fan doesn't suddenly run at high speeds and make noise, but stays as quiet as ever. Even when performing temperature stress tests and CPU temperatures spiked, the fan only ran at high rpm for a few seconds and then immediately quieted down. I could see through the temperature curve that the CPU temperature briefly reached 75 degrees and then was quickly brought down to below 50 degrees. I recommend this cooler to anyone. No matter how expensive a cooler you buy, it will inevitably need to be replaced after two to three years of operation due to aging components. In that case, why not buy this cheap and efficient one?
