Hands-down best, most stable DDR5 DRAM for AM5 chipset

I'm an experienced PC builder. Recently I have been building a Media PC using a fan-less PC case using conductive heating technology. My recent build consists of the AMD AM5 chipset using ASUS ROG Strix B650E-I Gaming Wi-Fi motherboard and the AMD Ryzen 7 8700G APU. One of the most frustrating experiences was finding DDR5 DRAM that afforded stability and compatibility. Attempted multiple memory sets: G.SKILL Trident Z5 RGB Series DDR5-6400 RAM 64GB (2x32GB); Corsair Vengeance 64GB 2 x 32GB DDR5-6000; TeamGroup 48GB TFX OC DDR5-8200 (2x24GB). Stability and compatibility issues abounded with all three that I tried and tested on the system despite all the tweaking avenues I tried. Each of these also were detected as DOCP in the BIOS. Then I tested TeamGroup T-FORCE DELTA RGB 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR5-6000 (also detected as DOCP) that was on hand from another system and that seemed to work with some tweaking in the BIOS settings. I also established that 6000 was the upper limit in terms of stability. I did some further shopping around only to find this set of DDR5 on Amazon for a very nice price point. No frills (no fancy LED lighting), but attractive. At first glance, you might even think this was just another set of cheap DRAM. I installed this into my system and booted into BIOS and with the ASUS Ai Tweaker set to auto, this was detected as EXPO and was defaulting to the 6000 speed out of the box. None of the other DRAM I trialed was detected as EXPO (only DOCP) and none ran at their advertised speed when the system was set to an automatic profile for the memory. This was the only one. I set this to EXPO II profile (ramping it up in performance) and then ran in Windows the Intel Burn Test at "Very High" for 40 test cycles. All passed successfully. Did the system get hot... YES! But it ran as it should without a whimper. This DRAM outperformed all others. You will find that 6000 is quite probably the maximum you can push the AM5 chipset with reasonable assurance of 100% stability. Anything above that and you risk stability issues. Single, not Dual Rank memory also appears to be the most reliable per my experience. Some of the cooling limitations might be to blame with the fan-less system design and the DRAM running quite hot during testing which probably didn't help stability. Through all the testing extremes, including the high temps the system reached, and beyond this DRAM thus far is the most stellar in speed, reliability and performance while delivering at an affordable price point! Highly recommend for AMD AM5 builds!

Great value for the speed and capacity.

-This 96GB 6400 kit has to be the current best value for size and speed. For ~$40 cheaper the "TEAMGROUP T-Force XTREEM DDR5 Ram 48GB" is a good kit with a faster 8000mhz rated speed, but at twice the capacity and with very little good alternatives at the 96GB+ size, this kit seems like a great value.-The first time I ordered this I had to return it due to my Gigabyte Aorus Ultra Z690 motherboard not wanting to boot with it. It was one of the very first z690 motherboards from when LGA1700 came out and seems to have a bad reputation with running RAM above ~5600. I got a replacement Asus z790 Gaming Wifi7 motherboard for $90 on ebay, and now I'm able to use this RAM kit in it with no issues at all; ran with its 6400 XMP on first boot and have seen 0 crashes or bluescreens after a few days. I may try overclocking it some more, but that seems pretty pointless with the great performance I'm already getting.-This is great RAM! Don't need all the flashy RGB and the smooth black color is fine with me!

Good memory. Well priced.

Never tried this brand and was a little apprehensive but it runs stable on the EXPO timings as advertised. The price isn't bad either. I didn't need any fancy ARGB ram and this did the trick. Looks clean and no problems so far.

Blazing fast, easy to install, worth the performance.

I purchased this RAM as an upgrade to my existing 16GB of T-Create Expert RAM. My system did not like the configuration of the RAM when I first installed it, so I rearranged the channels they were installed in and everything worked perfectly. After install I am sporting 48GB of the T-Create Expert RAM at 6000 MHz and it absolutely does not disappoint. I purchased this to ensure that I could optimally run Oblivion Remastered while multi-tasking and so far it hasn't putt a dent in it. Very much worth the price point for the performance I received.

Fast, stable, looks good, and properly sized, all with integrated temperature monitoring.

Best RAM I've ever bought for gaming. The timing is tight, the latency is VERY low, it's extremely stable with expo profiles on, and it just looks classy and the heat spreader does it's job and keeps the RAM cool, all despite being billed as a creator unit. Speaking of the last part, this RAM includes internal temperature monitoring, which is something not all RAM has, but it's priced competitively with models that don't have it, so it's a huge plus in my opinion. This means instead of opening my case and possibly skewing the info to point an infrared thermometer to get ram temps, I can just load up HDWmonitor and get proper temps the easy and accurate way alongside the info for rest of my system. It also is only 1mm taller than a bare stick, so it won't interfere with any cooler. This will likely be the only ddr5 I buy from now on. If you're the kind of person that likes an understated look in your builds instead of the RGB that comes with most performance sticks, this is what you're looking for.

Best high speed memory kit for Ryzen 9000(X3D)

Since the AGESA update that allowed higher memory frequencies on Ryzen opened up the possibilities for more bandwidth. After purchasing a 9800X3D, I decided to try this out on my B650E board. The PC boots without an issue and I was able to change the memory settings. Sure, the XMP/EXPO timings are rather loose, but still okay as they're designed for the best system compatibility whether it's Intel or AMD. Knowing this, there is always room for improvement.Tuning the memory also requires messing with SoC voltage as it is tied to how high or low your FCLK is. Higher FCLK = lower SoC, and vice versa. I kept the stock 1.4V VDDQ/VDDIO/VDD as it seemed adequate, and started tweaking every timing.A 20 hour total stress test of OCCT, and an overnight run of testmem5 extreme showed full stability at full coverage, no crashes or hitches! One of the photos attached is a comparison against my previous memory kit, which is apparently M-Die. Teamgroup literally tells you which dies you are getting by the product title on Amazon.Totally recommend for either Intel or AMD!
