Airefina Single Airbed, Inflatable Air Mattress with Built-in Electric Pump

Excellent single bed! I’m actually really surprised how good it is. To be honest, I couldn’t make up my mind between one of the concertina style XXL folding camp beds or an inflatable bed. I was worried the inflatable might make me hot and sweaty, but that has not been the case at all. I’m ashamed to say I ordered the concertina style metal camp bed first, but found it hugely uncomfortable, despite ordering the 28 inch extra wide concertina bed… it sagged terribly in the middle, the fabric was itchy, and it creaked every time I moved on it. I felt terrible sending it back after the first night, but at £69 it was a lot of money to not be comfortable. So after reading the reviews, I ordered this airefina self inflatable bed for £59 and I am delighted that I made the switch. Firstly, it’s a decent proper size 36 inch wide single bed, the electric inflation is so easy and takes just 2-3 minutes, it’s more compact and lighter than the concertina bed to store or transport; and above all it’s VERY comfortable to sleep on. I’ve been testing it out at home for 4 nights in preparation for our upcoming trip away. The main tips I have for a great nights sleep are: - Do not inflate too much to make it solid and rigid, as a softer bed moulds better to your body, ensuring a softer nights sleep with no solid mattress digging into your hips especially if you are a lady like me who likes to sleep on your side. - I have experimented with various bedding options to find the optimum comfort level. In the end, I used a 4.5tog summer quilt in a good quality cotton duvet cover as my mattress topper that I sleep on. In winter, you could upgrade to a 10.5tog for extra warmth, but this made it way too hot for summer sleeping. - And I used an empty cotton double quilt cover as my top sheet with a very cheap breathable fleece blanket from Home-bargains on top for good body coverage and warmth. And of course my favourite pillow from my real bed at home. Now that I have perfected the right inflation level and soft bedding, I am truly delighted with this air bed. It really is as comfortable as my main bed at home. You need to allow a day or two for the initial mattress to stretch, as the first inflation does stretch the plastic slightly, so I did add a little air on the first two mornings to optimise the stretch factor. But by the third and fourth day I did not need to top up with any extra air. If anything, I found myself letting air out to get the right sleep softness. At £59 this airbed was money well spent, and will give years of good sleep when travelling and also at home for visitors. Note that with less air in it to achieve the right ‘sleep comfort’ softness level, it does wobble a little more when you move or sit up, so I’d hate to try and get a good nights sleep on a double air bed with another person; but as a single bed, it really is pure bliss. So, if you are considering buying a double bed, I’d recommend buying two single inflatables!! Highly recommended. And it doesn’t creak…

Really solid item and the fact that it has a built-in pump with adapter is extremely useful particularly for storage and not having to worry about misplacing the adapter. I would say it inflates in less than five minutes. It was very comfortable to sleep on, with good back support. Of course it won’t be quite the same quality as a traditional bed, but for something that may be used on a temporary basis or for guests which is what I needed it for, it’s extremely useful to have and I would certainly recommend it. Price is somewhat expensive, particularly as you can upgrade to a double or king-size often for not more than £20 more but I think the quality makes up for it.

Used it multiple times already doesn’t feel like it loses air, inflates and deflates quickly and is easy to fold! It vacuums itself down so no drama at all. Goes in the bag we will be ordering another 2 for the annexes on our caravan awning! Bargain

One week of use and it's not lost a noticeable amount of air. My previous airbed did from day one due to a small tear in the seam. So it's early days but so far, so good. Reasonably comfortable, as airbeds go. I'm 10.8 stone, so heavier or two people may be a different outcome. Update: After just over two months of nightly use, I woke up deflated for the first time due to a small tear in the seam. It's lasted longer than other airbeds I've tried but still disappointing.

I purchased two of these as we needed something we could use to camp at our pub a few nights a week while we are refurbishing. I purchased these in March and they have been slept on many times (3 months now). I find they do go down a small amount at night but a quick turn of the switch and its fine, even while laying on it. Some nights it doesn't loose air at all. The height and size makes it feel more like a real bed. I did buy a mattress topper as it was a bit hard and omg it made it even better. This is by far the best camp bed I have ever purchased. It's still going strong after a lot of use, probably more than most would use it. It maybe a bit pricey compared to others but you get what you pay for. The number I have bought over the years that didn't last a day. You won't regret this purchase!

👎 ***Unfortunately need to change my review*** Setting it up is still really simple and quick which is great. It is still very comfortable and provides great stability when sleeping however on the second occasion using this, the bed had deflated a considerable amount through the night to the point my daughter was nearly touching the floor. I had checked to make sure there were no punctures or air leaks and I couldn’t find any. This could just be a one off but I am going to be returning as it is not practical especially if I have to keep inflating through the night which is very loud. The below opinions are an updated reflection of my experience with this air mattress, hopefully I can return and obtain another incase this is just a one off fault. Pros: • Built-in electric pump: Quick inflation and deflation. Cons: • Size: It’s a bit bulkier to store when not in use, though not too problematic. • Noise: The electric pump can be a little noisy during inflation although only on for a short time. • On the second use the mattress had deflated a considerable amount through the night. • Had to keep using the noisy in built pump through the night that disturbed others trying to sleep. ***Update on returning defective air mattress*** After a few try’s over the last couple of weeks at having the defective air mattress returned and replaced for another one in order to give a fair review of the product I have been unsuccessful and the seller will not take back or replace the one I have that doesn’t work. I would not recommend buying from this seller as you may find yourself in the same position as me, out of pocket and having to dump the air mattress. For peace of mind I would buy elsewhere and check their policy for returns/replacements. If it worked as advertised this would have been a great air mattress with a lot of positives.

Really impressed with this air mattress, having the built in pump is unreal and super quick and easy to put up! My guests were super happy and said it didn’t even feel like they were on a typical air bed

Absolutely incredible. I paid a lot more for a different brand (Airzzz I think) and then probably the same amount again on repair kit after repair kit, not to mention the hours I wasted while repairing the numerous daily leaks. I put up with that for 5 long months. Total nightmare. I’ve had this one for six months now. I use it every night for the house I’m renovating and it has never let me down. I haven’t had to repair it once - even though my dog and cat sleep on it too. My cat has even tried using it as a scratching post a few times! Don’t bother shopping around, you already found what you’re looking for. It’s so comfortable, completely flat, none of this horrible lumps you get in other beds. Blows up in a couple of minutes and stays that way. Couldn’t recommend it more.

i had this bed inflated for about 2 weeks, only had to fill it up once but barely at all. super comfy and guest approved

Ravie de mon achat ! acheté comme lit d'appoint lors de mes visites dans le studio de mon fils étudiant j'en suis ravie . j'y ai passé plusieurs nuits et il est très confortable , la hauteur permet d'isoler du sol froid , les rebords permettent de ne pas tomber . Comme il est indiqué dans la notice à la 1ère utilisation le PVC se détend donc prévoir de regonfler après plusieurs heures la 1ère fois ensuite il ne bouge plus !

The price, comfort, quality is so unmatched! I would certainly purchase it again. My family uses it as an extra bed and for camping. It inflates and deflates via a knob on the side and you just plug it into the wall and it inflates in 3 minutes max. For camping you have to use a traditional electric pump.
