You will need spare propellers whilst learning to fly.
Lightweight, Safe for beginners. Good detail, tough material. Great fun. Buy plenty of spare propellers and batteries.

Remote control stopped working
The remote on this broke very quickly. As soon as the batteries ran low the controller stopped working and will not work even with new batteries. Very poor quality.

A terrific value for the seasoned, and student
With prices soaring for larger RC airplanes, I searched on Amazon hoping to find something that met a few criteria. I wanted 4 channels, scale appearance, and the option to fly with and without stabilization. These aircraft are really well constructed and can take crash after crash with little to no damage - no, seriously. The spitfire is a beauty and doesnโt suffer from the adverse yaw effect some of the other models do. Does not like to fly slow. Tons of power and a very healthy flight time. Very pleased with my purchases. Scratched the itch. Seeing as a lot of these planes are grouped under the same review page, Iโd like to offer my opinions on the several I own. The blue and white p-51 was a little tricky at first, but flies very well. Looks very scale in the air. Check your wing after a few good crashes, like mine the glue might fail and start to detach! The Corsair was definitely the trouble child. Without stabilization it was nearly impossible to fly. The CG was in the correct place, but ultimately I had to add a nickel to the nose to make it fly great! The Mitsubishi zero offs by far the best of the series. It flies so well right off the bat. Nothing aerodynamically surprising like a few of the others. Best all around. The BF-109 was hard to fly at first. At low speeds it had severe adverse yaw effects, and requires full throttle and right rudder on takeoff . Once sufficient air is flowing around it, it smooths out quite nicely. Flies a lot like the bigger models!

So much fun!
I am the wife writing about this little plane. My husband was like a kid in a candy store playing with his new toy. Getting him off the field was only because he ran the batteries completely down. He quickly got the just of working the remote and except for a couple of nosedives where he put on a new propeller which was supplied, he loves it!

I loved it but it broke easily
I flew it for about a week until today when the propeller wouldnโt snap back on. But overall I say it was a great plane for stunts, history classes, and just for fun!!๐
