this grade of brown rice flour is not fine enough which means it doesn't cook quickly and it means that the items cooked using it are dry and gritty and make me choke

The seal on the flour has split and it all inside the packaging as per above photo. Apparently there is a ‘no return’ policy so what do I do now?
