Good quality shelves. Easy to assemble. Nice colour. Quite sturdy. They do look quite small but you can fit quite a bit on them. Overall good value for money.

Love these shelves! They're super pretty and very study. Bought these to display some books and trinkets and they work perfectly. I like that you can put the bracket above or below the shelf as well. They were really easy to put up but would recommend having someone help you as the brackets were a little bit fiddly to hold in place when drilling the screws in. They've been up for a few months now and feel very sturdy, I've not noticed any movement at all despite having quite a few books up there!

Lightweight (material is not solid wood, which would have perhaps been nicer look and feel) and relatively simple to put up. Look quite good and hold a decent amount of books. However, I bought two packs of these and neither pack had enough self screw anchors for drywall / plasterwork (18 provided, but 24 required). Not a huge problem, just ordered an extra pack of anchors for about £5 on here. Disappoing though, as I would have expected to be provided with enough and should not have to pay for extra (especially as the shelves were nearly £50 already). It also meant I had to wait to put some of the shelves up instead of being able to get it all done same day, which was frustrating. Bigger problem was the drill holes on the triangular brackets. Instead of three into the shelf and three into the wall, there was only two on the wall side and a random one hole on the third side of the bracket that points into the air with nothing to screw into. This was only a problem with one of the two packs I bought, but shows lack of consistency in manufacturing / quality assurance and possible leaves those three shelves less sturdy than the others. Edit: added an extra star for fantastic customer service. Soon after I posted the review, the seller got in touch and resolved the issue perfectly.

I recently installed the CASSA Wall Mounted Floating Book Shelves in my kitchen, and while there are aspects to praise, there are also limitations that lead me to give it a 3-star rating. On the positive side, the aesthetic appeal of these shelves is undeniable. Their sleek, modern design adds a touch of elegance to my kitchen wall. The installation process was relatively straightforward, and once up, the shelves looked great – almost like floating strips of chic minimalism. However, the primary issue I encountered with these shelves is their narrowness. I intended to use them for storing cookbooks, which tend to be larger and bulkier. Unfortunately, most of my cookbooks didn’t fit comfortably on these shelves. They either jutted out awkwardly or couldn't be accommodated at all. This was a bit of a letdown, as the shelves seemed perfect for adding both functionality and style to my kitchen space. In terms of build quality and sturdiness, the shelves hold up well. They feel secure on the wall and can bear a reasonable amount of weight, as long as the items fit within their narrow confines. The material and finish are also of good quality, showing no signs of wear or damage after installation. The functionality of these shelves would be better suited for smaller, lighter items. They could work well for decorative purposes, holding items like small plant pots, photo frames, or lightweight paperback books. But for anything bulkier, they fall short. In summary, the CASSA Wall Mounted Floating Book Shelves are a mixed bag. While they score high on design and build quality, their practicality is limited due to the narrowness of the shelves. They could be a great addition to a room if you plan to display smaller items, but for those looking to store larger books, particularly cookbooks, it might be wise to consider other options. A fair 3-star rating seems appropriate for their blend of style and limited functionality.

I bought these to put my husbands books on, in his reading room. They look fantastic, very strong, hold a lot of books. Unfortunately there were 6 screws and 6 wall plugs missing. But I had some in my shed. They look a lot more expensive than they were.

For £50 this is a rip-off purchase and honestly of laughable quality. Firstly, Amazon glitched the first time I tried to buy these shelves and instead of letting me add the 20cm wide ones with sturdier brackets (of the exact same price), these (frankly useless) 15cm wide ones were added to cart instead. They came poorly packaged, the box covered in holes, and the shelves dented in multiple places upon arrival with the finish chipping off of the edges of the brackets and showing the metal underneath. The brackets even looked flimsy and unable to hold weight, even from a first glance. However I still decided to give the benefit of the doubt and install them as best as I could, and with them going into masonry, I believed there was a chance they could be sturdy upon installation. They were installed properly and securely and we spent a solid hour making sure they would go in perfectly and level but, surprise surprise, they felt unstable even after our careful preparation and they collapsed on first use. I feel completely ripped off by this purchase, likely cannot return them for a refund (as you have to screw directly into the wood to install), and I will avoid this company in future. Absolutely shocking. Avoid this product.

I bought these for my mug collection (that no longer fits into the cupboard) after looking at many other floating shelf options on Amazon and other websites (IKEA, Dunelm, Argos etc). The shelves are light but very sturdy. When I removed the shelves from the box two were stuck together but when I pried them apart neither was damaged. There were some small marks on the shelves but unnoticeable from a distance. The white fittings weren't evenly painted at the joints but this was easily concealed by the shelves themselves. I had some issues with the provided Rawl plugs because they would go into the drywall at an angle and the holes wouldn't line up, but I had some other Rawl plugs in my collection that worked fine (size 8). The screws were all in good condition and there were some extra in the box too which is always nice. A second pair of hands is highly recommended but not necessary. I will be buying more for the rest of my mug collection.
