These are pull fans (suppose you could turn it upside down to make it a push fan) the intake is on the bottom. Imagine 2 fans in a rectangular chassis intake on one side exhaust on the other.

Is this supplied with a standard UK three-pin plug ?

Hello, Unit includes 110-220v AC/DC adapter (12v outlet) with US-style two-prong plug. The cord is about 4 ft long. The cooling fan will work fine if you plug into your system a UK 3-prong adapter for 220v 50hz mains. Best Regards
