This stuff is amazing . Easy to use and very very effective . My husband dropped the paint tin on the carpet luckily just one big lump fell out but all over the carpet . Took 10 mins by hand dabbing and giving a good little ammount at a time . It got it all up . I wasn’t setting the carpet shampooer up for a blob . It smells great , dried in no time and a pleasant smell . Safety is good and appearance appealing . Great product bought two more

We bought this carpet cleaner to deal with spots on carpets that we are not yet ready to replace but that were looking their age. We struggled to work out the mix of detergents supplied with the machine. The names on the bottles didn't seem to match the description in the handbook or on-line. The instructions about how to use the machine are a little meagre and we watched a YouTube video before we started. In practice it's easy to use once you understand the stages you need to go through - spray patch of carpet - leave for 5 minutes - brush in - pull the liquid out again - all with one attachment. How effective is it? On new stains, it has done a great job. On older stains, not so good - but that, I think, is to be expected. All in all a good buy - and great to have in the house so that new spills and stains can be dealt with quickly before they become permanent.

This morning I congratulated myself the purchase of the Bissell's products (washing liquid, oxidiser, washing machine) some time ago. Not sure how this happened but A LOT of ink spilt on my sofa - soft material, A LOT of ink did soak deep into the material. Not just any ink - Pilot Iroshizuku (for uninitiated - one of the best ink brands on the market, known for great shading) ... What a disaster. I used a double measure of the washing liquid and oxidiser and spent the last hour patiently soaking the stain and vacuuming the ink out, without a big hope for any success... I already started coming to peace with the idea of spending 1000+ pounds on a new sofa when I will be handing over this flat. After an hour of thorough cleaning, the spot is GONE! For a good measure, I also tried this solution on some small, older stain (this time, less intensive colour and shading ink) - completely dried out one - soaked the spot for a couple of minutes and vacuumed it, and again, and again... AND IT WORKED! Absolutely amazing product! Highly recommended. Of course, at first, follow the recommended proportions, test it in an inconspicuous spot to check how the material reacts to it. In my case, the material took it well the first time I tried it, so when disaster struck, I went overboard with the solution and the risk paid out!

Comes in a sturdy plastic bottle so it doesn't leak with measuring mark inside the lid so you don't use to much of the cleaner. Added to the tank of the hand held machine with hot water of 60 degrees it tackles all the stains you can throw at it. ( mostly muddy paws). The size is good value for money and the appearance of the carpet is always improved after using it. Versatile product l am happy with.

Très bon produit pour les petites taches du quotidien ! Je l’utilise avec mon appareil Bissell et je trouve qu’il fonctionne vraiment bien, notamment sur les tapis, le canapé et les tissus en général. Il est facile à utiliser et quelques passages suffisent généralement pour bien nettoyer les zones tachées. J’apprécie aussi le fait qu’il ne laisse pas une odeur trop forte après utilisation. C’est le genre de produit que je trouve vraiment pratique à avoir à la maison, surtout quand on a des petites taches ou des accidents à nettoyer rapidement. Je suis satisfaite du résultat et je le rachèterai sans problème. Bon rapport qualité/prix.
