Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix 28g (1oz) American

This was my first time trying ranch and I decided to buy this one as it seems to be the most popular American style ranch. It’s a bit pricey which I understand because it’s imported from the USA. Tastes absolutely amazing, I tried it today with chicken nuggets and I’m very happy with my purchase.

It’s a taste that you may crave or have heard about. It’s good ol , land of the free and brave American synthetic preservatives blended with herbs. I cooked with it and made salad dressing all came out perfect and family devoured it. It’s nutritional benefits are probably -2 but the flavours are all there that you would expect from a er hem a quality product from Hidden Valley. Expensive yes loss of one star for that. But the star spangled banners come out when it’s on the table. Try it you won’t be disappointed.

Best ranch bar none. Ken's Steakhouse is nonexistent here, and although I love supporting Newman's Own, it's too thick and difficult to get out the bottle with a bit too much flavor. Only wish the OG was available more broadly here in the UK.

Was excited for this but when I tried it it tasted stale and off. Was put straight in the bin after that. I don’t know if I was just unlucky with the bottle I got but for the price of it I would not risk buying again.

What else can you say? If you’re a ranch fan, this is it! I’m a Canadian expat living in the U.K. now for 11 1/2 years….my mother bought Kraft Ranch Dressing and Kraft French Dressing with her on her visit. They are both gone, and the closest you can get to Hidden Valley that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg is to buy Newman’s Ranch Dressing which they carry on the shelf in major grocery store chains in the U.K. Even on Amazon I can’t find traditional North American French dressing. It’s more of a vinaigrette, whilst the dressing I’m after is orange in colour and I wish I could find it without ordering it from a specialty shop and pay a small fortune in shipping. Yes, this costs almost double than if you bought Hidden Valley in the grocery store in Canada/United States, but not outrageously so, and it was worth it to us, being on a very low carb, ketogenic diet prescribed by my doctor for inflammation and pain due to my Ehlers-Danlos and to lose some weight. This product is low in carbohydrates, making it perfect to put together a salad that is equal parts gem lettuce, diced cucumber, green pepper, homemade bacon bits (mince half frozen bacon and cook - when you freeze it, and let it defrost a couple of hours, it is infinitely easier to dice without the fatty part stretching and hard to dice no matter the sharpness of your knife; so pro tip - just have it semi-frozen and toss it in a heated frying pan or skillet!) and topped and then tossed with this dressing. You can have a large bowl and keep it under 4-5 grams of carbohydrates!

Das Original aus den USA jetzt zum Selbermixen - immer frisch für den Salat. Auf meinen letzten Aufenthalten in den Vereinigten Staaten genoss ich dieses Dressing immer wieder, doch leider wieder angekommen in Deutschland, suchte ich vergeblich danach. Deutsche Konkurrenzprodukte schmecken im Vergleich dazu wie müder Abklatsch. In meinen Augen gibts nichts Leckereres in diesem Segment. Wenn auch durch den Import der Preis etwas höher ist, lohnt es sich dennoch dieses Ranch-Dressing zu bestellen. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen.
