Let me first say my boyfriend bought these for me. I am writing this on his account. I am a cosmetologist. I got these in the mail and a few hairs were missing, and the string holding the lashes on was not sealed. Manufacturing error which is not the fault of the company itself as I didn't even notice until I pulled them out. Reading the reviews nobody else seemed to have this issue so I imagine that it's not a common one. Anyways customer service was quick to reach out and replace the product. The actual product itself looks quite nice out the box, and in cute packaging. All of it is magnetic so the lashes aren't bouncing out or getting lost. The real tip I have to using these is making them the shape of your eye. They are stiff at first and that is why most people have trouble with them. Take some time before applying to bend them to the shape of your eye, taking care not to pull or damage the lashes. Once this is done they will be much easier to apply and will not stick out in the corners. I do with their was a third magnet on the bottom lash (I have the seamless lash style) and at first it was hard to get the inner corner to lay flat. After breaking them in however it seemed to fix itself. They do have a learning curve. I had to take a break from getting frustrated but eventually I got it. I also push the lashes closer to my landline after applying so they look like my real lashes. And applying mascara before helps them stay and also helps them blend into the lashline. A little eyeliner on the lashline also helps conceal them. When you put them back in the case make sure they are bent to your eye in a c shape so they stay that way easier. The lashes are soft. They are dramatic but not drag queen like at all. It's really nice and I would wear them every day. I'll include some photos.I ended up loving them. I had eyelash extensions but had an allergic reaction to the glue and needed to take a break.

The concept and execution are both great, this thin 3 magnet system is the best one I’ve tried yet.The lashes are full and soft.They look nice and I like the look and feel.The bad:They take practice, though... and I still didn’t get it quite right in the photo I uploaded here for this review.Be even more careful than you usually are with false lashes. I felt like I was being very gentle but I had a small section of fibers fall out while taking them out of the box. I just used my lash glue and stuck it back in, but I’m not confident that it will hold long term.The packaging has some improvements that can be made. The inner box is black making it difficult to find the smaller magnet clusters if they fall out of you hand/tool, and mine sure did.Another inner box color like white or red would be much better.The extra magnet for sizing is also a great idea, but I have small eyes with thin lashes and needed to trim the inner corner rather than the outer one if I wanted to keep the “glam” look. This left just a half magnet to work with. 2 magnets in the inner corner would be an awesome feature to have.And finally, other color options would be amazing. If these came in my natural light brown hair color instead of just black that would be perfect.Overall, 4/5 would buy again

Sad. I was very excite to get these. I was hoping to try a pair of lashes that had more discreet magnets. I got the first lash on just fine. The second lash when being lifted lost a couple of clumps of lashes which fell on the counter. I was so bummed.I have had worn lashes for about a year now from two different companies. They were both very nice and held up for a few months each set. About two and a half months each worn a few days a week. This pair didn’t get out of the box! I did consider to reset them with glue but why would I repair anything I just got new. No sense. FYI, my pairs previous were actually cheaper— ten dollar pairs. I had a daily wear pair and a glam pair which I trimmed to be between the glam and daily wear look and it was just right. I think I’ll just buy another pair of those. I cannot recommend this brand. :(

Ordered these as a gift for my wife because I saw her struggling with other lashes that used glue. She tried the Ardell's and their magnets did not work well and the lashes were flimsy. I found these Luv Lashes for her and thought they were worth trying because of the excellent customer reviews.They were delivered within two days as promised. Upon opening the box, we noticed that one of the lashes was missing two magnets. On Thursday night, I contacted customer support and they immediately resolved the issue. It is now Monday afternoon and we received the replacement lashes with a complimentary applicator! Their customer service is outstanding! My wife said the magnets are very strong, they fit great, comfortable, look perfect (after a little trim), and best of all, she got them on the first try. She is very happy with the quality and will definitely buy again and recommend to friends. In fact, she cannot wait to show some people this evening.Thanks for a great product and the excellent customer service!! Five Stars all the way!!
