I bought these black cartridges, plus some coloured ones from the same supplier, on the strength of the good reviews they got on Amazon - but wasn't able to give them a fair try. I'd been looking forward to trying them on my Epson Stylus SX515W printer, as we'd been really struggling with compatible cartridges from another supplier for a very long time. So we put in a whole new set of these Amazon ones, but the printer would not recognise the black cartridge. We tried everything we have learned over the years to overcome this without success. I have since read some reviews on Amazon from people with the same printer who have had the same experience. As the cartridges weren't really tried, I have given them 5 stars as anything less probably wouldn't have been fair.After a little research, we've found (we think) that Brother printers (or is it their cartridges?) "don't have a chip", which we think means that compatible cartridges may work okay with their printers. So we are going to give one a try - the DCP J315W, which sounds quite good for the price. Then we'll just keep our fingers crossed.The price of branded cartridges is ridiculous and no wonder people like me go every time for compatible ones. If the printer makers undercharge for their printers with the intention of making up their money on the cartridges, I would most certainly rather pay more for the printer at the outset and have cheaper branded trouble-free cartridges.

I recieved these cartridges in good order and in good time , and they work in the printer as Expected.My only complaint is with the Post and packaging charges, as follows8 ink cartridges cost £9.98Post & packaging cost £8.98Compare this with 8 Blue/cyan from a differant supplier cost £9.98Post & Packaging. Cost £1.99I wil be more vigilant in future when ordering as the costs where clearly stated.So My Mistake. S J E

This looked like a great deal, but sadly not. I had great problems getting the cartridges to work and recently took my printer in to be fixed because I couldn't get the black to work at all after trying three different cartridges. When I picked it up, they said it wasn't a problem with my printer, but that the cartridges were no good and advised me to change my supplier. I guess you get what you pay for!

I've bought from this company before, and never regretted it. Ordered on a Monday, delivered on a Tuesday, so if you desperately need ink this is the place to get it. Plus - and this is a big plus when you're buying aternatives/compatibles - my printer recognises each and every cartridge so there's none of that frustrating, sinking, feeling you can all too often get when you try to economise only to discover you've wasted money.

I ordered these cartridges for my Epsom printer in november 2011, but didn't need to replace the ink until last week. Imagine my dismay when the printer didn't recognise the cartridge, especially since i had 7 more on my shelf. I contacted More Inks and they immediately sent me a set of colour cartridges to replace the original one which were incompatible, and said if they didn't work, they would give me a fully refund, even though 9 months had passed since i bought them. And now the printer is working. I highly recommend these guys, you don't get service like this much any more these days.

Work great: my Espon D120 is the worst inkjet I've ever had in terms of blatantly saying ink has run out when it clearly hasn't, and so you need a good supply of cheap cartridges handy. These are incredibly cheap, even with shipping from the UK to Spain (took 7 days from order by normal post). These get the job done brilliantly, but shudder to think about my environmental footprint.

NOT Epson original cartridges (which are hideously expensive) but compatibles that do a great job and are accepted by my printer.The service is outstanding, the cartridges perform well and I thoroughly recommend them. Good value (insofar that ink cartridges are THE most expensive man-made liquid on Earth).
