Looks exactly the same as mine. There are variations in the price. Mine is the ceramic coated one, I think you can get non ceramic ones which are cheaper.

Can you cook pizzas on this ? If so can you fit a large pizza on it

You can't get a whole large pizza in it but if you cut it into 3 you can get each individual piece in. It doesn't take long but don't have the gas too high or the base will burn. Alternatively get the small childrens pizza which will fit.
