Does these blue light blocking glasses help reduce eye fatigue?

Yes,anti harmful blue light and discomfort from long periods of web surfing, gaming and working under fluorescent lights with UV glare reduction.

I don't need to wear glasses. But can i wear it to protect my eyes from blue light (pc,tv or smartphone etc...)? Would it harm my eyes if i wear them?

The one in the box is anti-blue light, it's a little more expensive, but it can protect your eyes from blue light damage. The $10 ones are flat lenses, not blue light blocking glasses.
